They had a Strategic review last Summer when the SP was around 230p but no formal offers. I would be surprised and slightly concerned if Serge didn’t buy any more at the current SP.

They have been fancied in the past, but it would take more than 135p.

The shorts are getting into their ribs now, great value at these prices, but I.can see 90p being breached. Great business, but if the homes are not being built it js a tough process.

Providing Schroders, Fidelity and Aberdeen are not selling, I am happy at this pricing level. There was a large 407k O trade this morning but was more than likely a cross fund transfer, the SP didn’t seem to more after that, but if there is someone selling down, we will find out.

There are no declared shorts against the company. Obviously, there may be shorts below 0.5%, but there is no short attack going on here.

The retail side has been decimated, that is some fall. The Vet business is now holding it all together, is it cyclical or competition? The SP is already bombed out, but I fear today is going to be red.

The bearish part is the fuel costs for March and forward bookings being down compared to last year. If the ME situations stays elevated for longer EasyJet is in trouble as are all airlines. That said the negative is baked in, but I will be surprised if you have a blue day.

TBF, he still owns 74k shares, but at these prices we could do with seeing someone from the C Suite buying in.

The issue is you do t know how many shares the shorts have left to sell, they drip sell them to get the algos on side and with the negative sentiment the SP continues to fall. Make no mistake, these shares at this price are cracking value, that said I thought that 4 days ago and I am already 10% down.

Could be the RNS indication JPM is loading up with more financial instruments. They don’t physically own that many share, 3% are voting rights only, so probably facilitate lending, hedging and derivatives. This is not a bullish RNS, also shorts rocking up.

Ryanair have the strongest balance sheet in the business, if the market goes South because of the ME situation, you would want to be holding Ryanair shares. They have gross reserves of 4 Billion.

Ryanair reporting tomorrow, if the outlook is negative all airlines could get a smashing tomorrow. EasyJet’s figures and forward guidance will have to be on

Point on Thursday, as this could easily see the 2’s on Thursday otherwise. I have set a limit order for 295p if the worst happens.

The Times often run stories like this to support shorts, journalists helping their chums. I read the article this afternoon and to me it is a prudent action, conserve cashflow.

Today, Jeffries released a reiteration of 511p with a hold. I don’t normally pay attention to broker ratings but it is nearly twice the current SP. I bought in today, once the macros settle it will fly.

I reckon you will have a decent day tomorrow, never broke 500p but very close.

With an official short of 14.4% and more like 20% with the non-declared, if this has a happy ending the shorts could seriously get fried here. The only thing that is holding Wizz back is the ME situation, the strategy and gameplan looks better than it has for a long time.
