Brent now less than $87 a barrel, if the mood music is positive over the weekend regarding the deal, I can see Brent opening below $80 and Wizz will have another 10% day. If this is the real deal, this time next week we could be breaking 1400p, we have never had a real run up the hill, this could be the one.

Shorts officially 10.2% but with those under the radar there will be at least 14%. It will start to get interesting once we break 1200p.

Once the Staits are open it will be 1400p before you know it.

As a PI it makes sense IMO. The advantage that they have is, that it votes cast not Mcap. The votes that are not used are really a yes vote. It is 75% of the response that gets it over the line.

It is shocking that the SP of a company can close at 25p and the next day drop 50% with no changes at all to the strategy and processes of the company, only Governance. Ian James the founder and CEO only owns 3% of the company. The private initiative benefits the C suite and long term II holders only, they are basically getting a business with 50% discount. I stopped trading AIM shares years ago, it is legal corruption. That said, I have taken a dabble in this as I reckon it could gravitate towards 18p before the vote.

Definitely, the buy price is now 11p at the top end of the spread, but the spread is still over 20%. Moving up.

Keith Morris is the largest shareholder in the Organisation, I thought he was on the Management Team but he is a private investor. It is likely that he supports the bid but who knows, you will find out in the next 24 hours. The circular is being prepared today and sent out to all shareholders. It may even be on the website this afternoon, the important bit is Irrevocable undertakings.

This is not advice, but the pain has already been dealt, I would not sell. Don’t forget even if the company goes private, you will still get dividends, the only issue is that it becomes difficult to sell your shares. I would wait, there is a chance the vote will not win. The MM’s don’t look too keen to sell, hence the spread, someone is hovering up, the SP will likely rise going into the vote. I would hold at this stage to see what happens. I take the view that if my holding is 2/3rds down, feck it and spin the bottle and see what happens. Not advice, only my opinion. GL.

That is danger of AIM, also remember that the 75% vote is not shares outstanding, it is the shares cast. So for example if only 6 Million shares voted, they would only need 4.5 Million for a delist. It is very important that all PI’s vote and understand the difference between shares outstanding and shares cast. The founder owns only about 20% so he has a bit to go.

The current spread is 22%, mental.

The FCA cannot do anything, the action is perfectly legal, providing 75% of the votes agree with the proposal. There would have to be proof of wrongdoing before the FCA stepped in, and there hasn’t. The 75% rule is there to protect shareholders but as stated they would have taken irrevocable undertakings from major shareholders which deems that their voting intentions will be to delist. If my silver ball told me that the vote would fail, I would throw everything I had into this share as the SP would at least bag, that is the risk. If it goes private you are fecked as a PI.

Launch price was 153p, so cracking on for a 95% fall. The issue here is not a value trap, but a liquidity trap, there is no doubt that the shares look good value at this price and they may spike before the deed, but it looks certain that it will go private, as the BOD would ah e done their sums all ready. Another case of PI’s being thrown under a bus just as the company is moving in a positive direction. I get it that the costs of being AIM costs money, but the timing is wrong. The spread makes it difficult to trade, good luck to LTH’s.

With net debt over 500 Million, this business currently functions to serve lenders rather than shareholders. Price to sales ratio of 0.04 has to be the lowest on the LSE including AIM. A looney tune share but could strike back if the market picks up, I will be in sub 7p.
