Of course hes increased his exposure - he’s untitled to those shares. It’s opportunity cost, and basic common sense.

Jason could have cashed in those 5m shares netting him well in excess £100k after costs, yet he chose to hold them. He could easily have spun a line like many AIM CEO’s do that he’s exposed enough as it’s his full time job, yada yada. - yet he chose to not cash in £100k+ of shares and instead increase his exposure.

Yes he could have bought more and increased his exposure further. Cry me a river, and give it a rest.

HF we don’t actually have an interim CEO - this tripped me up too initially. Andy is simply chairman with “additional executive duties”, whatever that means. I suspect Jason is still running the show and is ‘interim CEO’ as you put it - but Andy’s additional responsibilities allows Jason to delegate and have Andy more actively support him as needed during this period.

If JM didn’t want the shares you don’t think he’d have sold the lot and given a spiel about how he’s already exposed enough with his current holding and the fact this is his full time job?

The opportunity cost for the shares he’s decided to keep is significant.

Once we have the details agreed and trial dates firmly agreed - there is nothing that holds this back.

When we get the tripartite this flies.

SC it’s so much more simple than that. We’re a pre-revenue company valued entirely upon speculation. When the company tells us we can expect massive news and progress in Q2 only for none of it materialise - a portion of investors inevitably get cold feet and sentiment drops. The reality is this recent drop in SP is, regrettably, totally justified.

I say this as someone that firmly believes progress is continuing to be made and we will eventually get there - making current SP levels seem little pittance.

HF I’ve known many notice periods much greater than 3 months for these types of CEO positions / senior directors / partners etc..

I don’t know any more than the next person but given the seniority we’re recruiting for and the typical pace of which we know QED operate I’d be surprised to see a new CEO in post before the new year.

When did they ever state they would find a new CEO in Q2? I recall them saying this could take a long time and Andy is acting CEO in the meantime.

Depends how much you want to sell. I can get a sell offer of 4.34p (but that’s for ~2m shares in one go).

I think we’ve cut it too fine now for the trial to start mid-May. Logistically I think there’s just too much to do. The MSAR quality testing / dispersion testing alone will presumably take at least a week (and rightfully so - we need to smash this PoC out of the Park so I hope this part isn’t rushed) - this is after equipment install, commissioning, testing, HFO supply and hook up…

Re: other activity, Jason said we can expect to hear of the other shipping companies wanting to join the trialling in Q2 which will be a big one IMO.

I could do a dummy trade before close selling £50k for 4.2p but then £100k for 3.6p, so a huge drop in price for the additional volume.

Suspect / hope it’ll level out again at a 4p+ bid price tomorrow.

The majority of those II shares at 3p I expect have already been sold 46G

Personally I’m very much expecting 10p + once trials are fully underway (not PoC but main LONO trials). No reason to believe it shouldn’t be even higher should we have decent progress on the other fronts too.

My chart says something around loose-handed II’s who were gifted £4.5m shares at 3p recently and who have already made well over £1m at these prices…

Nobody has an effin’ clue what’s going to happen in the very short term. However in the medium term (next couple of months!?) things are looking pretty good I’d say!

I don’t think this will drift lower with any a sense of “news”… but of course wtfdik.

This isn’t like previous times because we’re not waiting on BD developments / partnership or trial announcements. We have our main signed project agreement already with MSC and Cargill. It’s happening in *2 months now and all parties are gearing up for it.. I can only imagine as the end of Q1 approaches and site prep approaches completion the SP will in fact rise, even without “news”.

*sigh..

Well the main one, MSC, we already know things are going on in the background. Equipment is being sent to the MAC2 site and site prep ongoing for the trail start in approx 1 months time. We might not get any news but there will likely be LinkedIn updates / photos of site progress.

Damn, we’ll have to settle for a 90p party.
