..Before we get our second forecasted RNS (this week?) on the major shipping trial, which should hopefully help us lift the SP back to a much healthier level. We also have Utah progression to keep an eye on too with POSP commissioning due to be completed any day now. Should everything go to plan we should be set up very nicely as we exit 2020.

Have you ever posted a comment that wasn’t negative towards QFI Lionel? Most people will see your attempts for exactly what they are - and no, it isn’t for the benefit of others despite your false claims.

A quick visit over to the QFI forum where there is a real discussion from people not out to short the share will show the balanced feelings of investors towards MK. Btw - you realise also that MK has been on 50% salary since the start of the year even with the project developments we’ve had? You either didn’t listen to the CC which is odd given you care enough about this share to whinge on here every day about it, or you did listen and still chose not to disclose this when discussing salaries.

I know you’ll deny being a shorter and you’re a long term holder etc etc. Heard it all before. We’re due shipping trial news before the years out which is very likely to improve our SP, along with positive trial developments in Utah. Correct it is the ‘normal’ MSAR, for now anyway.

We are seeking a LONO for the shipping engine manufacturers as part of the upcoming shipping trials, as well as buy-in from the shipping co’s to want to use our fuel. Once Green MSAR is sufficiently developed, if there was an interest for this product it would need its own LONO’s again, requiring further trials, as it will have a completely different composition to MSAR.

In the call MK said the shipping companies are primarily interested in our MSAR product not green MSAR. They have however shown a keen interest in principle to the new Green MSAR product and we might have subsequent further trials with this product, but this is further down the line. So no I don’t think the Green MSAR patent or any news on this front is holding up shipping trial news which again MK stated we could expect this month.

Those pesky big dealers have been at it for a very, very long time haven’t they - I hope they get bored soon!

Evening all - Would anyone mind educating me on the history of what led us to choose 4MWh / 10% of Vametco’s electrical energy consumption to showcase the technology? I’m interested to understand the considerations that led us to arrive at this capacity VFRB over something smaller or even larger. Thanks!

It’s exactly where it was yesterday, and as I posted then, the 10% drop isn’t real.

Not suggesting we don’t need news soon though, but there’s no reason to suggest it isn’t coming

Plus don’t pay too close attention to the -10% listed on LSE if this has whats stoked your concern. It was closing at 2p yday yet the closing SP was falsely reported at 2.2p. We’re now trading at 1.96p which is a 2% fall not 10%.

Also the time for panic is when it moves down on large volume. Volume is super small right now which means the vast majority of investors (ie. the market) don’t in fact want to buy or sell at these prices and are clearly waiting for news, just like us.

Leading to low trading volume and a hugely impactful steady decline in SP. For those that can be bothered to decipher MK’s cryptic RNS’ it’s probably a decent buying opportunity as we approach the conclusion of existing trials and target dates for agreeing Shipping trails, with everything seemingly on track and going to plan. Ever the optimist..

Fortune has sincerely said in a few interviews I’ve seen now that he doesn’t expect to win all the awards they bid for, but BMN are highly likely to be consistently involved at some, or many, stages of value chain so long as VRBs are continued to be selected as a battery solution.

I don’t believe fortune has a clue whether or not they will be successful on Eskom so I don’t read into his smiles too much in this regard. History does however suggest the man delivers, and I trust they’ve put in an absolutely cracking Eskom bid and blown the doors off many of the criteria. For that reason I suspect he’s highly confident, and will have a right to be.

Maybe mistaken but this is the first time I’ve seen Fortune confirm Bushveld have actually put a bid in for the Eskom tender. We all knew it was happening but reassuring to get the confirmation.

Interesting how after 9 years of holding you choose now to open and account and post negatively, especially when we’re on cusp of multiple trials and Lono’s for new marine partners - not in the ‘near future’ - but within the next 8 weeks leading to Christmas. What a hugely exciting time to be a holder. The meeting just now confirmed these timeframes remain on track and they’re really happy with all progress to date - smile man! ?? It’s been a slow burner for sure. On the plus side, we’ve been technically successful on every trail performed to date plus years of lab based demonstrations, so the Morocco and Utah trails have a very high likelihood of successful outcome. This, coupled with 2 X marine trail agreements puts us in a truly excellent place if it can be agreed. It very much feels like this is ours to lose now for the first time in a very long time, let’s hope they can push this over the line.

Any of the news that we’re actually interested in would have to be immediately RNS’d so it’s highly unlikely we’ll learn anything new. That said, we’re now entering Q4 where it’s all supposed to kick off for us, so coincidental developments could definitely be on the cards.

I don’t believe for the second the MM’s know enough about the share to plan for such a thing. I suspect the spread is just to account for any developments they’re unaware of so they don’t get caught with their pants down, it’s started off with a 25% spread every day for weeks now and tightens up early morning.

Could be that herd immunity isn’t too far away for South Africans. BBC article this morning;

“South Africa’s Health Minister Dr Zweli Mkhize says new research estimates 12 million people - about 20% of the country’s population - could already have been infected with coronavirus.

This is much higher than the official cumulative number of detected Covid-19 cases which is 650,749.

The research is based on examining seroprevalence - the amount of antibodies present in a patient’s bloodstream.

In a statement released on Monday night, Dr Mkhize said a decline in cases has raised questions of what level of immunity might exist in the country.

He explained initial samples had shown "seroprevalence of between 29 and 40%".

A national seroprevalence study is now underway.”

Whatever the reason, suggest any nervy investors who haven't done so yet listen to the CC last week. Most positive update we've had in my opinion over the last 2 years, clear time frames and expectations of trials and commercial engagement expected before year end and rolling into the new year.
