Agreed... Investors should research what they are invested in and take confidence in their own analysis and not be swayed by others. I'm not entirely convinced ramping or de-ramping makes one bit of difference anyway but some do like the sound of their own voice. I see you're also 'invested' in a certain antibiotic company, sigh.

Whatever is happening is happening to Reabold too, so I tend to suspect it as as was said yesterday simply a case of people waiting for the EWT.

Thanks James, yes I am learning a lot about the dynamics here, I invested last December as my first (and only) oil share, normally I am more technology orientated as its what I know. My research said this was a longer play share so haven't sold. The dynamics are very different to a tech business. Good learning and happy to be in this as I'm on a good profit. Waiting for the next rise!

I simply don't see where the pressure to sell low is coming from if the news is positive, there is no really negative sentiment here

I now get that OIP is not the same as what you can extract from the ground and you can only extract a percentage of that OIP, so the 0.86p assumes a <50% efficiency until you know the extraction dynamics of the well. But that then doesn't explain the poor performance because both businesses are values lower than the up lift even when a discount is applied.

So, based on the published table the base case of 140mmbl is worth an uplift to UJO of 2.2p per share and the 280mmbl is worth an uplift to UJO shares of 4.5p - the current share price of 0.25p becomes negligible but should be added to the uplift. I'm at a loss to understand the current share price based on this. It's not simply because there may or mayn't be a placing because Reabold has had the same market response. There must be something more here that we are all missing? Anyone?
