it's a bit off track but I think your only half right, were not an IS, but we are a bit broken every morning the news is showing our people homeless and sleeping on the streets, yet the government can find millions to house illegal migrants fleeing a safe country (France) in hotels but it's left to charities to help our homeless.

Got to agree with you Mike marine traffic has it moored and 2 support vessels close by also not moving, I think the end of sept date is just the planned return to port date.
