Is it just me or does this sound very dodgy?

Who else is expecting this advisor to receive an almighty kicking from the BOD? This could have caused a bit of nervousness amongst some of the bidders. I suspect and hope the BOD keep a closer eye on this now

Blimey I’m glad I topped up when it hit the teens yesterday but I was nervous!

Agree with many, totally unexpected and the BOD need to do clarify what’s going on.

For me, this has always been a win win situation, of course a full sale would be fantastic but if we went alone or with a JV we get everything on the ground and I’ll happily have a passive income dividend stock.

Anyhoo, hopefully the BOD release something tomorrow, I’m not just a little over my ave price but not putting a stop loss on, will ride this out to the end. Put in what you are prepared to lose is an easy thing to say but please take note of it

When the DFS lands let the bidding war begin - hope the parties involved fight hard and throw the kitchen sink in trying to secure a binding agreement! If it was a pay per view event I would happily pay....we’ll find a decent stream of it!

With the market closing shortly, happy new year for 12am tonight and good fortune to all of us next year. It can’t be as bad as this one and although I sensing frustration with the rona, I have a feeling that we are all bottling up our energy and when we get the vaccine we all will party and enjoy life more than we did before!

Lowry - if you’ve read the takeover or more specifically the FSP then the pro would be very clear, we all make a decent return and some will make a fortune being in early.

The con, well for me there isn’t one. If the sale doesn’t go through or even if we don’t get a JV, EUA can mine and realise all the profits and we make money, may not be the big hit from a FSP but in the long run it will be a nice income stock.

I guess the slight con with going alone is the amount of CapEx that would be required to mine everything.

Chaps, wanted to thank many of you for an enjoyable board. The camaraderie has been great for those who believe in what’s going on. Many of us excited every morning hoping that the monster RNS would be comms out.

For me I don’t think we will hear about the official approved DFS until next week with the one we are all waiting for to occur in Q1 - knowing my luck they both will probably be announced today!

Would there usually be a time limit on an offer/FSP?

For me it’s a win win either way. Yes a FSP would be fantastic although EUA could go it alone/JV and reap all the goodies in the ground for themselves but not sure what the capex would be to do that

Agreed, I reckon any big announcement is going to happen in Q1 2021.

I see a lot is posturing with both sides both saying get ready for a no deal. I know that these type of deals always go down to the wire and it is a game of high stakes chicken.

That’s enough of my rant, back rowing on this good ship.

With a no deal looming this Sunday, hoping that a Yes EUA deal is announced on Monday morning!

I’m not sure if I admire you or worry for you. Probably the latter but my spidey sense is tingling and I’m pretty sure you’ve been on this board before but under a different guise.
