This fell too much today in my view, caught up the wider UK btc treasury malaise - amongst all that madness market not taking into account 80% of treasury here is Ethereum, which has ended up effectively flat last few days. mNAV now way below 2, not even taking into account the System7 business.

By most measures, and in particular compared to the typical UK btc treasury, this has become deep value. Market price currently a 25% discount from what even directors recently paid. Glad to add today accordingly.

At 6p we're looking at a market cap of around £29m - of which company should now be setting on £8m+ cash total.

Coupled with 112 btc we already hold, currently valued at around £9.6m, mNAV has actually fallen below 2 - this is now far too cheap.

Worth noting the sheer size of this cash injection relative to market cap.

Re warrants these have got too much oxygen now - look at the number of shares converted in the RNS vs shares in issue - relatively speaking the dilution we've seen from them in last couple of weeks is extremely small. What never gets mentioned too is that company also gets a bit more cash from each conversion to what is already a very liquid balance sheet.

Okay this has now fallen too much, peak despair passed, as usual a stock as this volatile as this over does it in both directions, time to buy again.

It's interesting to see this how this performs on a day like today, while one or two larger treasuries getting a bit destroyed share price wise.

Vult's low mNAV versus some of these other names makes all the difference. As well as most of the equity being asset backed, other thing that helps give a solid foundation is directors putting their own cash in at 0.02p.

Funny to think it was only around 2 weeks ago this had a market cap in excess of £100m. Fortunes made and lost very quickly in this game.
