I think you either get the treasury model, or you don't. The problem with lse.co.uk seems to be overall general LSE stocks so inevitably we get people leeking in who don't, trying to apply conventional valuation metrics.

People will inevitably reply about problematic management (again) - but same team there equally when it hit 60p first time around and market seemed to give no f cks then.

Others will probably reply saying they own X bitcoin and market cap is Y therefore it can't happen, or that company X is doing Y better, but again in a full on bull frenzy all of these sensible thoughts go out the window.

Let's be honest, this is not an entirely rational sector and when things truly get going, anything goes. GL

Totally agree with you. They should stop being such jobsworths and enjoy the increased attention. Micro caps are volatile, that's part of the fun.

The insane part is when it falls rather than gains, even when we're talking equivalent %, they are radio silent on that.

Tracking Citadel's short, tellingly their reduction to 0.39% corresponds with JPM's remaining non-derivative stake left in ARB.

My take here is it's likely Citadel borrowing JPM to for their short and the JPM derivative reduction being reported is them now exiting that trade. Conclusion has to be that as fantastic as the 45%+ rise this week has been for a day trade, it appears to be just a mechanical result of these trades playing out, rather than any good news about the company. On that basis seemed sensible to profits today. GLA.

Shaping up to be another excellent day here, as expected US open moves the dial as there is a sense US investors just 'get it'.

Whatever critics try to say, what really matters is market response to company's strategy, and that speaks for itself.

We last an update for a btc purchase on Monday 7th July, not bad going really.

Looking ahead to the next buy, they tend to routinely announce new acquisitions on a Monday when in a position to do so. You can confirm this by checking days of previous RNSs. So let's see what happens Monday.

Worth noting too that interview was livestreamed on Michael Saylor's X account too, as part of a proper online event for leading btc treasury names. So a pretty big industry stamp of approval with significant audience reach - especially in US where it really matters. That is only just beginning to be be reflected in OTC price action.

Certainly can't knock today's price action, on that basis alone perhaps the best course of action here is to simply strap in and enjoy the ride. (Not financial advice.)

US pre-market pumping and Citadel short reduction yesterday possible signs it's alive again after all?

The issue was Nasdaq requires all companies to have a minimum $1 price, otherwise Nasdaq police get unhappy. Argo had a deadline to rectify this which is nearing. What might save them is if they could be granted an extension, nobody knows if they're on the case with it so either way company need to announce something.

Surely just a matter of time before the market wakes up to the value on offer here.

Without wishing to state the obvious, value of existing holdings surging overnight can only be a good thing.

The thing that is not a new development. He was also there when this was 60p+. Market has priced it all in, and more importantly are not in purely rational space here otherwise none of these companies would be worth more than their NAV. At the hyper stage of the bull market we are entering all that matters is btc goes up = this goes up. On that note strap in.

Have to agree, underwhelming and unfortunately gave appearance that this enterprise might just be a bit of a blag for them.

Looks like the TR1 is a private investor, and from the looks of things an extremely brave one. Hope for his sake that forms part of a large diversified portfolio lol.
