On the one hand I do feel for holders here.

You don't go from that peak of 50p+ a couple of months ago to now without destroying a fair bit of wealth along the way.

Have much less sympathy for anyone left still trying to pump this, even after the absolute car crash that's unfolded here.

Time to give up the charade, you are fooling no one.

You're not missing anything, they have nothing. No USP. Apart from maybe the disproportionately high payroll.

For a while you'd get people talking about their low mNAV, but it's always been a bit lower than other names. Without a meaningful catalyst to close any perceived gap, that's always been meaningless, more so now other treasuries cratering towards their own NAVs.

The sheer level of value destruction that has taken place here is quite impressive. Now cratered through all previous support, back to November last year prices, as if this year never happened. If you were to draw a classical pump and dump it would look much like the 1 year chart here.

Frankly it would be extremely difficult for even quality management to regain credibility now. For this team the challenge even greater.

Be prepared for that % to decrease dramatically in coming weeks if they get a yes vote on those AGM permissions

Agree sometimes less said the better. Price always seems to tank further after he speaks, as if market starting to view him as a bit of a snake oil salesman now.

That just about sums up the level of holders here - nothing credible to say so having to resort to crude insults.

Has been clear from the outset this deal is designed to wipe out the little guy. They do not deserve to be rewarded with a share price this high.

Have to agree with you both here, let's be honest this was a nothing RNS. Can't complain about rise, even if it doesn't make sense, bit of a gift really and a decent enough exit opportunity.

All need paying for. Let's be honest, for a company this size it's totally absurd how top heavy this has become.

At first I found puzzling why they were so keen to do placings at a discount, when it self-evidently creates this downwards spiral on the share price.

Then you realise, the two in charge here proportionately hardly own any shares now. They don't care as will collect their salaries no matter how low the share price goes. Malcolm for example talks a very good game, but his holdings are now reduced to 3.14%. If they are so bullish about the company, why are they not buying any shares?

People are allowed to share views whether they hold or not. There are no rules that stipule you have to have share to comment.

Can't expect ludicrous claims about this being the bargain of the century to go unchallenged.

The short answer is they raise at market close price - unlike here they do not discount.

Longer answer is they also have scale, higher quality management/advisors, board with real skin in the game, institutional investor backing, etc.

As well as all the warrants, what truly killed this was board's decision to do placings at a discount. More than anything else, this is what has led to the rapid downwards spiral here.

It's been a perfectly good day trading share to catch the odd dead cat bounce - but very risky beyond that. Nobody wants to risk being the bagholdier when next placing happens.

I've been saying same thing since 7p. Since then price has collapsed by 50%.

Meanwhile you were ramping this when price was well over double what it is today.

Amazingly you are still posting as if you have any credibility here. Suck up those losses and eat your humble pie.

Forget today's market cap, the reason price is falling off a cliff is because funding is contingent on prospectus being accepted by FCA, and then if they grant approval the number of shares that will hit is almost infinite related to current shares in issue. If this all goes ahead, market cap will be many many multiples of today.

The key part is big investors were let in with CLN with 1p strike price. 1p will be approx asset value.

Even at 1.5p those investors make 50% return. At 2p they double their money. Even 3p is still 3x asset value, hence big rush to the exit.
