That shareholder list has now changed multiple times with various entities coming and going this week alone but the company are not issuing corresponding TR-1s. How many rule breaches are we up to now? Shocking governance.

Too many uncertainties with mNAV when the funding itself is contingent on prospectus being published.

If FCA signs off prospectus then if they they get all funding claimed, 3.5 would be high. See Coin/V3TC/VULT etc - all UK listed all mNAV 2 or under.

That's a fair point barnetpeter, in the US investors launch lawsuits against company wrongdoing without any second thought.

Whereas here there have been so many of these shockers over the years, especially in small caps, and nobody ever gets sued. There is a particular class of company director who realise this and exploits it, knowing full well they can do pretty much whatever they like when they will have zero repercussions. FCA are totally asleep at the wheel.

The contradictory story about who owns that company is another red flag.

It's a scandal what has happened to private investors here, although they can't say they weren't warned.

Even if you believed in the underlying company, time to accept the capital structure is designed to wipe you out.

These guys and their multiple shell companies with hidden ownership structures registered in various jurisdictions.

There is a definite theme emerging with the companies he's associated with.

I mean maybe it would be unlucky to have one or two in a short time frame where share price has plummeted 70-80%+ after being pumped . But by the time you start to see 5, 6 and still counting, all within last 2 months, we are entering sort of territory that might make even old Lenigas blush.

Had high hopes for this but unfortunately market absolutely hates it.

What probably isn't helpful is reputation of Stockbridge getting a bit battered now being associated with some of these other rugpull treasury names where investors have totally lost their shirts. Some of them he is broker for are pretty suspect, to put it mildly. Market cautious now based on that which is fair enough. Market will want to see actual revenue rather than vague promises about AI like all the other blaggers.

If you think about it, by the time IIs get shares, even if they sell for 1.5p, they'd still be making a 50% profit. They can't lose. Whereas anyone trying to catch a sword here taking on all the risk. Might as well ask for their bank details and transfer money directly to them.

Amazingly there are about 5 companies that match that description, honestly lot count.

Regarding future fundraises, with a company that has conducted itself in the way this has, you need to judge them on actions not words.

The concrete information market has to go on is that the last fundraise was at a disgraceful 62% discount.
