The company has just issued 40,500,000 warrants at 1p.

For anyone holding those, taking out a spreadbet short while dumping the exercised warrants would be a very profitable strategy, as long as share price above 1p.

Who knows if that is what is happening here, but that level of spreadbet is highly unusual - as was the number of warrants issued significantly below market price.

Adding here. Mcap down to £5m, has dropped too much. Touching on price paid by US institutional investors, we already know guys are in it for the long term, case of follow the money.

Agree with all these assets this is now absurdly undervalued.

Plus we have been told it's now drill ready: "Recently completed geophysics program by CR will enable near term gold with drill ready targets." (June RNS)

May well be the US institutional investors. This is one of the gamechangers here market is only just waking up to. Day traders will come and go but best part is these guys are in it for the long term.

With shares so tightly held this stock moves very quickly - once it truly gets going there will be no stopping it.

Lol yes the cross ramps of other stocks are ridiculous, they are just looking to offload their bags onto unsuspecting holders. I believe it contravenes the website T&Cs too, so they're taking a bit of a risk with their accounts getting banned. Although suspect they have multiple IDs to work around that.

Back to CDL we are touching on what US institutional investors paid here now, so an opportunity can't see lasting long with the newsflow to come.

Can see the Barb gold mine alone being a real game changer here. Company now owning 100% of it it quite extraordinary when you think of how low the market cap is - and that this is only one part of the portfolio.

When you consider CDL's close proximity to Darlot, which as company say have produced 2.8 MILLION ounces of gold to date (and counting), together with the pretty epic preliminary rock grades the company have already discovered and tested for, at this market cap genuinely know of no other gold miner with the kind of growth potential we have here.

Bigger picture - we now have £1m banked, more assets that can be realised to increase cash as part of pivot towards gold pureplay, institutional long term holders being rapidly onboarded. Those investors will have picked up on the extraordinary preliminary rock grades for a miner with mcap this low.

The stock is such a livewire, as we rerate intraday volatility comes with the territory. Not one for the panic sellers. With the assets we have here the most sensible thing to do is to buy and hold, worked for me anyway, like the US institutional investors have set out to do.

Totally agree. The fact they are US based, institutional and have set out to be long term holders speaks volumes. US funds like this don't just invest in any old miner - they will have done due diligence way above and beyond what any of us could.

Rapid newsflow, institutional investors being onboarded quickly, links to Wishbone which did 1500%+ and still counting, makings of something quite epic here.

Multiple gold interests at this lowly market cap is insane to me. That's before start to add up the value of rest of the portfolio.

Market has totally forgotten about this stock, but with gold at all time highs and London listed gold miners surging all around us, reckon it's just a matter of time here.

Using equity in this way is the name of the game. What matters is pricing structure - and this raise almost double price of last one. Anyone uncomfortable with equity being used in this way should stick to a stock like Lloyds or something lol. Wishbone did exact same thing literally yesterday and that certainly didn't stop it doing 1000%+ in a couple of months.
