Interesting too to see they've been selling down Bres. Should get a TR1 to confirm once they've sold but key is it also looks as though they've been selling down at a very timely moment while its share price was peaking, so maximising cash from it.

Yes obviously the company has liabilities. Compare EV (which take those into account) to NAV. This is priced for insolvency but as grim as interims were, they did at least state going concern for the "foreseeable future". In other words, the debt is manageable.

At the same time I won't claim this is riskless. This kind of play certainly won't be for everyone and safer investments are available lol. Before we even get on to jurisdiction issues let's be real and say this is very much a binary play on equity survival, or not. My bet is there are enough vested interests to keep it alive.

What we can say for certain is that last reported cash balance at year end was £2.1m. They've then clearly spent chunk since then on summer drill. Where we stand now is that until interims published later this month, nobody external to the company would be able to tell you current cash level, let alone accurately anticipate fundraise timing. Remember they also have cash incoming from Storm plus their holding in it which can be sold further down line to realise more cash.

For a sense check of just how undervalued this is, was looking at other names. Geo stood out as an example of an Aussie goldie absolutely motoring recently, up 125% in past month. Compared to here, we have all same ingredients, cashed up, prized assets - and for my money Artemis actually has far more promising sites overall AND more of them. Geo mcap now more than double this. In other words this could do 100% and imo still be undervalued.

Both sites have to highly valuable, certainly above and beyond present market cap. Mad thing is there is also the Lithium assets and processing plant. Paterson 100% owned too. Thinking of how Wishbone has 10 bagged this year, then compare to Paterson alone with those ingredients like breccia pipes, proximity to Tefler and geological similarity to Havieron. Only a matter of time before market realises what we have here.

The claim that Bixby bought shares is false. Number of shares has not changed. Look at annual reports.

Looking at Graff they talk a lot about having a vertically integrated model. Then you look at Gemd at this tiny market cap, you'd think no better opportunity for Graff to increase their stake or make an offer to control far more of the supply side.

A very interesting share register here, including Graff on 13.9%.

Yes plenty of cash on hand from selling down stake in 1911 Gold. They still own a % of that they can sell any time. 1911 Gold has significantly increased in value recently.

You're correct, this is compelling value and at some point the rest of the market will realise it too. We are just in a funny old market, so many names have been flat for months and out of nowhere will do 200-300%+ over a few days. Clear to see Mila has all the right ingredients and better fundamentals than most. With mcap down here, once momentum gets behind I can see it being unstoppable.
