Another takeaway from today's news is it suggests a new willingness from management to start monetising asset base. Get some cash flowing in, rather than sitting on all these assets. This is definitely a change in direction, perhaps fresh top team the impetus this needed. And still tons of value to be realised from other non-core parts of the portfolio.

It's worth saying non-dilutive funding the holy grail for any goldie at this development stage. I can't think of any other peers in this position to be able to carve off non-core bits for cash. Add into the mix Chinese backing and their operational experience, will enable the company to really get motoring towards the big prize here of Dowke.

The Zenit IPO will be very interesting to watch, and should prove to be a decent short term catalyst.

Suspect the Turks will go for mad for that one, demand for gold derivatives rocketing on the back of debasement of the domestic currency. With it producing gold, that story will sell itself. And if it does the numbers once listed, we still retain some upside, and will be able to put a value on our stake in real time. Will surely help the market wake up to the sheer sum of parts value here.

As usual with AAU the market is a bit slow to react these things, but at least the Aussies are starting to notice.

Crazy to think isn't it, from lows to peak GMET was a genuine 40 bagger stock. And the evidence indication that mineralisation continues onto our property.

Imo we may well be looking at an accelerated timescale here vs GMET back in 2024. You sense environment even more favourable now, with this massive push from the US government to secure their own supplies , together with market price of tungsten being multiples of what it was back then. Things may well move very quickly from here. GL

Believe it or not it was only early 2024 GMET had a similar market cap to GWMO today. Less than 2.5 years ago.

It was mid 2024 a couple of things happened for it to really start multi bagging. They listed on the OTC market, opening it up to US investors. Then they drilled their Pilot Mountain property for the first time. The one close to ours. Sound familiar?

Very good indeed, $17.2m net cash is massive in relation to market cap.

Plus this validates value of Zenit, with company still retaining a significant 9.9% stake - which we can now firmly value at $14m+.

Then you remember Zenit is only one part of the massive portfolio here. Huge value to be unlocked and get us advancing towards the big prize of crown jewel Dokwe and get it producing.

Blimey the one year chart over there looks eye watering. You'd never know it looking at difference in share price performance of the two, but for my money GLR by far the superior play. Just goes to show what a bit of sustained newsflow can achieve.

Evidence really building now for a very good chance we are looking at a significant discovery here. Market is starting to realise this, yet we are still effectively at absolute ground floor for where this could go. Imagine what happens when this opens up to US traders. Unstoppable.

ProfitJock this isn't one those stocks that needs ramping with frequent unsubstantial posts with emojis. Please no rockets. The story is more than good enough. Epic even. But the market cap and significant players here mean absolutely nothing that is said on these boards can have an impact on the share price. Just relax and enjoy what's coming.

Looks epic to me, they are being pretty clear here the scope of this goes significantly further than previously envisaged and that when we do get that final number, we've been given quite a few clues it'll be huge. Whatever it is will be on top of that 1.4m oz @0.3g/t cut off already nailed on, be very interesting to see final tally of just just how much gold we have on this property. Could be on for a company making year here.

A moment to catch our breath before next leg up. We've seen similar bouts of intraday volatility all the way up, all part of the fun. And whatever happens on any given trading day, this remains an absurdly easy hold for the bigger prize that's coming here. GL

On the whole this board is pretty chill, I don't see it as an echo chamber, more I'd say we've had some decent discussion/information sharing here and we mostly share in common being bullish about the stock, and rightly so.

Some of these other boards have been totally hijacked by the odd nutter, much rather have it this way. Not that a few haven't tried, anyone in this last year or earlier on in the year will tell you all about some weird and wonderful posters like goingtomoon, who as it turns out got this one spectacularly wrong. He's quiet these days though lol?

Can't knock anyone for making money so fair play play to that guy, what we're all here for - but at same time glad not everyone on these boards feels need to announce when they've sold a stock, imagine how totally boring these boards would be.

For my money, the clues we've been given point to this having significant potential for being a major new discovery, one which we are on the cusp of hearing about, as coming months progress. Feels like exactly the wrong moment to bail and rather hold onto these shares tighter than ever because this may well go all the way.

The director who gave that MIF presentation, Laurence Roulston did come across better than CEO. Seemed like a higher calibre dude, believe he was the one that led a $1bn company.

If there are wider doubts around CEO, beyond this board I mean, I'm certain the bigger players who've backed this would have no qualms in getting him ousted. Could always get Roulston in his place. There would be a logic to raise calibre of personnel, to reflect company itself undergoing this upgrade. In meantime as you say TSX doing well, which ultimately is all that matters really. I expect this financing to close ahead of schedule.

All things considered could have been worse. Pretty favourable terms next to peers. Even his other companies, eg poor old BZT holders recently seeing that discount as well as warrants. Here it has to help we're not entirely going it alone, with JLP doing much of the capex heavy lifting with Molefe. Plus the breadth of the overall asset base. For old CB to have got funding away with terms like this, I suspect may well have dangled Sanderson a few decent carrots about forthcoming newsflow. Let's see.

I've been buying more here, I realise it's totally unloved but convinced market has got this one wrong.

Ticks just about every box for me. Fully funded, 650k oz Au in Canada, supportive Ontario government, massive non-core portfolio including the Nickel in Canada and licenses in Nevada, tens of millions spent on exploration to date. It is insane to me this hasn't yet been acquired by someone.

Equally possible when it comes to Landore I might have some form of Stockholm syndrome?

If they had an offer of $85m CAD at near market price and potentially further $15m to come, I can't bring myself to be mad at that. In his shoes I'd take it too. Has potential to either negate the need for debt like he originally planned, or that blue sky wildcard of it being used as part of M&A for adjacent property.

Can't say I'm delighted about this but at same time grenades like this come with territory of juniors like this, so not totally unexpected. The structure could be a heck of a lot worse, and perhaps saving grace is that it's discretionary. Should act a bit like an RCF where it's optional, to act as a contingency if/when needed. It's not an immediate firehose of shares like you see on plenty of other names.

If half of these assets play out like most of us expect, not least tantalising possibility of Molefe being cash generative and in theory eliminating need to ever raise again after this, all will be forgiven.
