Yeah bit of a shame the board has turned out like this. It used to be really chilled with genuine discussion around the gold projects, management backgrounds, positives around our jurisdiction, gold price backdrop, was all good. But now the nutters truly taken over, posting all day long.

Yes next month we'll get concrete news, not long to go at all.

In the meantime, looking again at some of the phrasing in today's update that will have been based on the team seeing the drill cores up close, some interesting insights into the minerology including:

"We are delighted with the initial findings of the drill campaign at Molly, where every hole has intersected quartz veining"

"With all holes returning encouraging geological signatures and intersections, we believe there is a clear pathway to expanding the resource"

We await assays of course, but considering that's coming from Misk, with those 4 decades experience in the field including senior roles with likes of Anglo American, does look promising to me.

Folks are just naturally enthusiastic about a positive update, no shame in that. Good on 'em I say.

Just noticed Charles Archer post cheers smkr. One thing you can definitely say him is he is very good at putting the word out there about names he's invested in. That first bullish post from him will significantly change momentum here. GLA

With this genuine shortage of tungsten, it being so critical for defence, the company couldn't be much better positioned right now to have this potential supply on US home soil.

$250k equates to £188k vs market cap = increase of less than 1.5% of shares in issue. Proportionally tiny amount of shares and to be fair original RNS did set out terms. Capital structure wise the only change today was terms being met by drill campaign progress and deal being formalised for the company to take 100% ownership. Looks good to me.

With these assays now coming much sooner than expected, I took a moment to recap the highlights of those pre-acquisition drill results.

From last month's RNS:

"Over 2,800m of historical drilling completed with intercepts including:

o 3.0m @14.4g/t

o 6.5m @ 10.5g/t

o 5.07m @ 8.6 g/t

o 1.0m @ 200.0 g/t"

Genuinely world class.

Very promising to see them ahead of schedule, this update much sooner than expected. Assays as soon as mid-April.

Having seen the resource up close including those drill cores, seems telling they've said: "Expectation remains to materially build on existing JORC resource of 130k oz Au."

Materially build. Can't ask for more than that really.

And those magic words: "Fully funded"

Looking back to timeline of Paranaíta newsflow for an indication of how this might play out from here, after they acquired it they released a bullish update after two months or so. That subsequently saw the stock double within a few weeks.

If we can expect similar strategy this time around, applying same approx timeline since Molly acquisition in mid-Feb, we could expect some form of update by mid-April (albeit not assays that soon). This is obviously inexact science, but these guys will be as aware as anyone newsflow the lifeblood of any explorer, plus they hit the ground running with drill starting almost immediately after acquiring Molly.

Either way, I'm not expecting to be waiting long now for positive developments.

Agree likely price action can be accounted for by TR1 holder exiting, and believe we'll see an RNS confirming relatively soon. 10m alone in block trades yesterday would be around a quarter of his holding absorbed in one trading day, so if we're right, this selling pressure should be coming to a close imminently.

Judging by TR1s here and on TYM/Mila, appears more of a trader than long termer, so will be good to have that overhang removed. Once confirmed, brakes should fully be off and suspect we'll see long overdue relief rally we're all expecting here.

With everything coming in the near term pipeline, and rapid advancement of Zambian assets as laid out by JL and others, absolutely no chance this stays below 1p for much longer.

The most striking aspect about this is the company's DFS forecasting 64k oz average annual production. Just with resource as it stands, excluding that exploration upside. By the time we reach production, at $4.5k gold we would be talking revenue of $288m p/a.

This is nothing short of a giant in the making.

Market cap a bit higher than that now, taking into account new shares in issue. Otherwise good points and agree. On an enterprise value basis, (mcap less cash) we are price significantly lower than before this funding banked, which is absurd when you think how much it advances the company's prospects in every possible way. Suspect anyone in a position to load the boat at these prices will do extremely well in the coming weeks and months ahead.

Relatively large late reported buy yesterday, 70k shares for 36.5p.

I've noticed this quite a bit here. At the time it looked like there wasn't much volume to account for the bid going up - but it was definitely there, just not reported in real time.

On same day we also saw these. Together with above all within few a minutes of each other.

That was true there was no stock available for a little while there, tried myself at time. It's resolved now but market makers have now moved the bid up.

It's a gamechanger for sure. Although not yet reflected in the share price, with this complete you sense the company undergone a transformation.

Huge slug of cash, equivalent to decent proportion of whole market cap. Being fully funded for the foreseeable should rapidly advance the project and accelerate process of getting us to full production stage, especially now with Eagle Eye's operational experience and their proven track record.

This stock really has everything going for it. Tungsten in extremely limited supply while being absolutely critical for defence. The company's property being on US home soil.

I recall in an interview with Chair late last year he mentioned the US government department responsible for making these funding decisions not only also in Nevada, but actually just down the road from GWMO's property.

Seems fair to me, charting wise we have ton of support at this level. Can also 1m at 1.3p+ so there's a willing buyer at this price on the books.
