One telling signal in last RNS was hint of a for sale sign, with that reference to exit of the property. I am certain they will have had folks take a closer look at this with a view to M&A. It would be much more of a surprise if they hadn't, with the extreme value disconnect between market cap and underlying value of the property any way you care to measure it.

This would surely be an ideal bolt on for any number of Canadian resource/mining companies. Plus we have that backdrop of plenty of deals happening across the sector. So indeed activity like this would explain them not being able to buy shares right now. It would also account for their quietness. We live in hope.

In the meantime we can at least say they have pretty decent skin in the game here - and that they invested at a premium to today's price.

Freefloat being small is key. We move very quickly in both directions as a consequence, so when momentum returns as I believe we are starting to see today, it potentially becomes unstoppable.

That freefloat size of course a result of insiders having so much skin in the game, including that recent director 6 figure purchase at 1.4p. Perhaps this should be talked about more, as when you look at other aim stocks, you quickly notice how management don't have anywhere near to the same aligned shareholder interest as we have here. Jan in a different league in many ways.

Bought in here today after following this share for a little while. Very happy to be in at this price.

The results from this drill program have all been impressive, what's striking is the extent and consistency of the mineralisation in absolutely all directions. They've found something quite special here, and I suspect the market has underestimated the sheer scale of this.

GMET definitely an extremely promising sign of where this could go. What's striking is when you look at our property on a map, just how close it is to their Pilot Mountain project. Geologically speaking it's a next door neighbour, so likely that same mineralisation continues onto our property.

With the US government effectively giving GMET a blank cheque to fund their development, I see absolutely no reason why same thing couldn't happen here.

I've bought in here today after being out of this share for some time. I see huge upside from this price.

If we consider that just 2 months ago the company raised £3.25m priced at very close to the price we are today, we will see significant support from this baseline with market knowing those investors happily investing millions at this level.

The other key thing is a significant proportion of the whole market cap is now cash. This massively de-risks the project.

Well done patient investors for seeing the underlying value here even during the quiet periods. With the Molefe momentum firmly backing us suspect we'll all be well rewarded from here. GL

Great to see gold firmly starting to commence its upwards march again. This will massively help with the economics of both gold projects, and as the bull market returns suspect so will investors. This had fallen way too much but at same time glad for the opportunity to load up. Now imagine where we'll be when Molly results land and gold is back over $5k. GLA

Gold on the move upwards again, with hindsight we couldn't have timed this cash injection much better.

Bought more today. A significant proportion of whole market cap is now cash. De-risked at just the right time. This will be back to recent highs in no time.

Genuinely striking the consistency and calibre of these intercepts. JLP could not sound much more bullish and rightly so.

And very promising they've set out to release news around incorporating results into their mine plan within just 3 weeks. Things suddenly moving quickly here.

It all seems very compelling set out like this. The expenditure required absolutely tiny in the context of the sheer potential of this project and material stake we retain with very little commitment required. Firmly believe the partnership favours us more than it does JLP.

Great to have this complete, a bit of a formality but nonetheless important step for the company able to really move things forward now.

In first week of of April we will also see the company actually bank the £15.7m cash which will go a very long way. Plus they'll now be able to start taking advantage of Eagle Eye's operational experience on the ground. I'm expecting things to progress quite rapidly from here.

Fire sale continues but LTV still 40%. Everything about this is unappealing.

Typo *130k oz for Molly. Regarding the cash, I'd say this definitely key consideration for any explorer/development company. Here last fundraise just completed, minimal discount, director put in £100k at 1.4p, the company banked a total of £1.2m. More than 10% of current market cap is in cash.

The recently acquired Molly gold project has a fully funded drilling campaign that recently started. This is 100% owned, has 130oz and the team are looking to significantly expand that. It's a district scale land package.

The other gold property is Paranaita with 210k oz targeting 350k oz expansion together with 20k oz annual production. Option to own 50% for 500k in shares. There is also the company's 100% owned Pitombreiras with vandinium and titanium, no current development scheduled there as gold properties current focus.

Company just raised £1.2m and in last few months has had £1m+ from warrant exercises. Management have background with tier 1s including likes of FTSE100 Anglo American. GL

As counterintuitive as it seems looking at price today, I'd actually say we're in a far better position now than when this was 12p+.

The only kicker is gold price affecting whole sector, but that's easy to look past as in medium term I'm sure we all agree that's only going to continue to go up, as it always does. In meantime looking at progress of our close neighbour Toubani, you could argue local conditions have never been more favourable for Cora.

Imo no chance this drops as far as recent funding price, with Eagle Eye and others investing millions down here, market knows they're happy to invest here, which should give us a firm bedrock. With the company will soon having this £14m cash in the coffers and Eagle Eye's knowhow with their local experience on the ground, should be well positioned for the next phase in the company's development.

Considering gold was comfortably above $5,500 before this conflict began, could be on for a historic surge here.
