Shorters going to cry :D Ryanair rising +7% after 'terrible' -16% profit

Ryanair premarket over +5% , i think this is positive for wizz as well

O'Leary was on bloomberg this morning couple of interesting points from interview:

Positive outlook and fare recovering for 2025 mid single digits & approx 20% saving on fuel with current oil prices for ryanair this is 750mln on fuel bill (for wizz would be approx 250mln).

Tomorrow will be another big rise after todays fall as easy jet and ryanair going up. Same happened yesterday, you'll see ;)

Looks like shorts have reduced. They only speculate SP nothing else, there is no other thinking behind their short positions

Ryanair +6% aftermarket. Should get a decent rise again today

Ryanair's results come out next monday? Any thoughts idea if they going to be good or bad? Ryanairs earning will have great effect on wizz price

Wizz valued as less than 9% of ryanair market cap even though it carries approx. 33% of ryanairs total passengers (revenue share is similar).

Price undervalued 3.6 times. Engine issue and debt is not that huge to justify this low valuation.

I'd say it is very pesimistic valuation of this company compared to other airlines.

Price is moving down interested to think what was the expectation? 20% up on passenger numbers?

I think results are great, +_ 2% fluctuatiins on load factor does not really matter that much. Looks like we will have fo wait for earnings in less that 5weeks time to get a bit of movement on the share price.

Oil hits new low. Below 60 dollars a barrel. Same price was back in 2021 feb.

I am realy optimistic and I cannot find another share price thats got pitencial as wizz air.

1. Interest rates reducing fast and this should reduce debt risk.

2. Oil is droping.

3. Aggresive management and moving to high population markets with no competition with same business model.

4. Engine issue easing soon (worst is over).

5. Correct plane picked and airbus faster with deliveries than boeing.

6. With interest rates easing plane ticket prices should go up.

7. Slowly getting more positive news on ukraine russia war.

8. FX market positive with dollar dropping compared to euro.

I might be blind and I dont see any negatives but in my eyes everything is improving since lows last year.

I cannot realy find another stock with same potencial. I have invested in OVH cloud and made over 50% plus in last couple of weeks but I am still a bit cautions to invest more when I have in wizz air.

Positive news coming out regarding ukraine and russia war. This should result in considerable rise on Monday.

Also read article on pratt & witbey engine issue in india. Over 1.5 years since 2023 september plabd groundings has reduced from 150 to 133planes. This is only 15% improvement, however this could be seen as the start of the end of engine issue.

Wizz grounded planes from 2024 March so things should start slowly improving by 2025 August with 34 planes grounded instead of 40. I dont see why indian airline companies would be better positioned when wizz air

I'd say 1bln income should come sooner. In 2 years with engine issue sorted and with operational 300 planes and 100mln passengers earnings should get to 1bln.

If not trump and caused black swan events this should be now over £20

Biggest fall was us market. So he is shooting his own foot.

Bloomberg says market is not pricing all tariffs. Market has only priced base 10% tariff but not excessive tarrifs on other contries so we will see what happens tomorrow. It might be a further fall

Wild ride today? +15% range :D. This share and trump not for faint hearted.

I hope wizz now secures fuel and FX market in its favour. Overall I think US done a favour to europe, they lowered their dollar and made oil cheaper at their crashing market/economy expense :D

Something does not add up. Where they going to get 14bln? Market cap is only 1.5bln and they have 4-5bln debt. I hope they are not looking to borrow extra 14bln to improve customer service

Did not realy understand where 14bln come from and why is this move? If this does not cost extra when why not try to make better for customers but if they are planning to spend a lot of mobey I see this as a risk. Maybe they are trying to move towards easyjet model? They should get at least wifi on these xlr's. Spending 7hours on budget airline is a bit of a pain in my opinion
