Certainly possible; perhaps that's the reason for the delay. Development license will be issued to ARA though so likely to require amendments and it's possible (likely IMO) that the development license award and pipeline construction are contingent on the results of CH1. Time will tell, hopefully not too much more time though.

I would hope, given the time that has passed since we submitted our application for the development license back in September 2017 that it would come hot on the heels of the Mtwara license cperkin, however who knows.

Certainly easier to bide the days away when you're paying yourself £7,500 each week using someone else's money. Incidentally I wonder how that valve change at Kiliwani is coming along? You know: the one that was to take a few days at the start of September? Still, cashflow eh, who needs that?

Any idea how long the PFS will take? If they are looking to accelerate the timescales I'm all for it but just wonder how fast it could feasibly be done? Irrespective I think we'll need to have our cashflow restored via Cobre and Leigh Creek before the juggernaut bills start landing.

That's my point Drewky, Scotland never qualify but it doesn't dampen our hope that we will do again next time and there are many parallels here. Hopefully we're not like the Scotland football team and Aminex do qualify for production/drilling in 2018!

This discussion reminds me of when Scotland is trying to qualify for the world cup. If we beat the Faroes 2-0 and Argentina lose to Spain 3-0 we'll get through on aggregate lol. I don't think ARA do get a vote Crusty, certainly confusing messages from Bhattacherjee who seems not to know either way but if you listen to Bhattacherjee's recent interview he confirms they do not get a vote - despite previous claims that they do. I'm afraid I don't have a link but I'm certain he said so in his last(?) interview.

Very interesting; the chat on NAE discussion boards seems to suggest some NAE investors hope NAE will farm down or sell it after PFS.

Does it matter who was the geologist at the time? He missed it, the internal review missed it, the BOD missed it, NR missed it, the TPDC missed it, the CPR missed it and yet there it was all along: the horizon that could have prevented or at least significantly improved the derisory farm out. I hope we get an update tomorrow or the "knife sharpening" as you put it Drewky will be well and truly justified.

If you consider that Bhattacherjee has been in place since 2009 so it's taken 9 years and several CPR's to spot the omission I'm not sure I'd be directing too much praise at our current BOD cperkin ;)

Dunderhead - apologies I am not all that sure who it is that interprets the wireline logging I didn't mean to offend you or anyone else. I wasn't sure if this is performed by the drilling contractor a third party or a rep from the company instructing the work or all of the above.

Exactly Crusty, it beggars belief that the additional zone was seemingly missed by the original drilling crew and then follow up CPR and internal reviews. Brian Hall probably retired due to embarrassment, if he didn't he should have.

Phil Thompson certainly got out at the right time - I wonder if he predicted our current predicament.

The remediation at Kiliwani shouldn't be contingent on anything other than the work-plan and any upstream effects! We have a separate license and GSA for Kiliwani - the two should not be linked what so ever.

IF it is contingent on the farm-out that suggests collusion to suppress our finances and force the farm-out which some suspect to be the case.

If it's not contingent on the farm-out that suggests one of two things: something in the work-plan isn't suitable OR one of the government/BOD/major shareholders does not want us to start this work.

Since we've signed a binding agreement to sell our soul to the Zubair Corporation, who apparently have huge influence in Tanzania, I can't see why the remedial work at Kiliwani has not been signed off yet. It would be nice to have a frank update about progress on this.
