Keeping this thread in front of everybody, has anybody nominated someone to front the BOD questions ? At the moment, for my pennyworth if he would accept it, Drewky is our man. Not so long ago I suppose Tip Top was in the frame but I suppose for whatever reason, he's unavailable. Certainly no good asking questions individually shotgun style as BH will make mincemeat of the genuine worries we need addressed, and answered without ambiguity. By the time of the AGM they would have been discussing the 'Transaction' for almost 6 months and the BOD will surely know where any deal is heading.

Can some kind soul tell me, have we appointed someone to front and present our questions to the BOD (if we have and I've missed it I apologise).

If we reach the AGM with no news regarding the 'Transaction' it will be at least 4 months since negotiations started. If talks fail and with just one drill in six years, when and how is the BOD going to provide value to the very many, patient Long Term Holders ?

I'm old yet here I am wishing my life away ! The AGM date is set at the earliest resolution to the 'Possible Transaction' and of course to draw a blank after waiting some considerable time following the 'Advanced Negotiations' quote for me and all of us I guess will be regarded as a huge blow. Trying to imagine what a good deal i.e. �25m for 15% would do to dramatically beef up the SP which is after all, what we want to see. The point has been made we have not drilled anything for six years and if this transaction falls flat, it would send us into the doldrums. Yuk. The background to all this is the slow moving TPDC with a relatively new Energy Minister who's pending tray is a mile high I guess !

Are we Pi's entitled to make an addition to the AGM Agenda ? If we are, we could agree the wording beforehand on the lines of say: A consortium of small Private Investors would like to request a future EGM be called in the of event de dah de dah... Between us all I'm sure we could knock the right wording into shape. It would certainly give the BOD fair warning of our concerns at the level of Director's remuneration which we would consider dangerous if there is no Farm Out Deal and next to no revenue from KN1. A gentle kick up the bottom so to speak.

Trouble is, the expected decision as to whether or not Eclipse proceed with a Farm Out is July/August well after the AGM. We do need a plan and someone to front our concerns and it would appear to me Drewky is that person, if he would accept. If I was Chairman it would be nothing other than sensible that if the Farm Out fails to materialise and KN1 income is dwindling, the company's outgoing costs must be reduced, but will the BOD agree ? ? Therefore, could we get the BOD at the AGM to accept that in the light of no Farm Out, no KNI income, an EGM is called ? I would have cause to worry if the BOD reject something on these lines.

To suggest at the AGM if KN1 revenue does not pick up and that a substantial Farm Out deal is not concluded, the BOD should consider salary reviews ?

Drewky - the minutes say expectations are to conclude the deal early in the second half which is July or August. As I much prefer June, can you check with the top table at the AGM, thanks.

Well Mick, we have been told by Aminex to expect a Ruvuma farm out deal in July or August so we should know then whether you are right in assuming Eclipse and Malcy don't what they are talking about.

Well, a couple of months or so should see if we get the farm out deal we hope for and now rather expect, but will a decent bank balance spark the sp alive ?

For some reason or another when I searched for Aminex plc as usual, big brother shuffled me into 'Pro Active Investors' site ! Could do without such scares right now. Sorry.

With the Aminex website layout ! Also, where has 'DEBT FREE GAS PRODUCER' gone. I could be wrong - can someone check me out ? Apologies if I've got it wrong !
