The Tank is suggesting Malcy is getting paid to support and cheerlead companies. I'm not sure he will be altogether happy about that statement Tank if you are implying he would promote a company for cash that is a no hoper.

I pose the same question to others with the opinion the 'transaction' is a bad deal for Aminex.

I sadly will not be at the AGM tomorrow. I'm a Londoner and used to travelling every corner of the city but at eighty plus and with this heatwave, I really have to pass. Can I ask Drewky, do any of the questions cover the fact that they have been playing with this farmout for what is it, 4 months ? Is the deal agreed and just a case of TPDC approval ? If I was attending I could not accept any blather about "still in discussions". If it is just TPDC, can we know the value of the farmout ? Grateful for any titbits of news as you get it. And, by the way Drewky, many thanks for really keeping this discussion forum on the road !

Thank you for your email. Since we can't discuss specifics with regards to other users on the website there's not much we can say with regards to the user mentioned.

I will just point out that the reason the user had been removed from the website was relating to content posted on Range Resources, not Aminex. With that in mind the suspension will need to stay in place.

Still no response from LSE regarding the appeal to have his ban lifted. He is a shareholder and eligible to attend the AGM but if he does not appear, not much more I can do. I would certainly like to have discovered why it was, and with whom he had this falling out.

No response to my request for LSE review, so chasing for answer.

I'm assuming even though he is banned he must surely be viewing all messages so hope he will also ask to have the ban lifted, that's if he wishes to come back of course !

Sent the attached message to LSE management late yesterday evening, and will make you all aware of a reply, if and when received.

Hopefully we should find out if Celtic jumped or was pushed and if the latter, the poster involved will have a change of heart and get this true LTH Aminex supporter reinstated.

I am a regular poster on the Aminex Plc LSE Chat forum using the name of Tanzania.

Several of my fellow posters are truly shocked that ‘Celtic’ has for reasons and by persons unknown, been banned.

Is it possible you could kindly review this case ? If you check on the forum you will find there is considerable support for a ‘reprieve’. Prickly, yes but he is a true blue Aminex supporter who has obviously upset someone with an opposite view.

If you could find a way to persuade that person to show some magnanimity in his case, we all would be very grateful.

Celtic is one of our longest, most staunchest loyal supporter of Aminex. I've scrolled back and found one of his old messages and sure enough, his history has been wiped. This is a disgrace so suggest you send me your posting title and hopefully with weight of numbers, lse will reconsider this unbelievably drastic action.

Two weeks to the AGM and we should then discover whether this slogan emblazoned on the AEX website is in actuality proven and whether KN1 is a Dud and has no chance of recovery. We should also get a clearer picture of whether or not Malcy's strong and continued faith in our company is justified. Hopefully there will be some straight and honest talking from the top table and that the loyality of so many long term smaller, Aminex investors is recognised and ultimately rewarded.
