Well think about it for a moment. Just about three weeks to the AGM and the 'transaction' has failed as very carefully explained to us it could well do. The BOD knows they will get clobbered by all and sundry if they have not revealed bad news when they first knew about it. Of course, it could well be negotiations are still underway but more than likely the deal is done and agreed with just TPDC standing in the way. What other explanation is there ?

15m buys not to be sniffed at and very encouraging in my view. Hope our most loyal LTH of all - Last Throw will pick up on this and with NUOG wavering a wee tad, hold on to the rest of his millions of shares with significant AEX dates just around the corner !

Don't give up on us LT ! NUOG appear to be taking a similar sp bashing as is AEX and buying in there is very much a case of jumping out of the frying pan is it not.....

and of course the appointment of a relatively new Energy Minister with a huge, but huge Intray.....

Can't imagine somehow that the recent big buys were not a forerunner of news that AEX and Eclipse had agreed a deal within our top end expectations but that approval necessary from TPDC and other caveats means we have weeks and weeks of further waiting to come. Surely not to conclude a good transaction now is the last outcome in our minds !

Whatever the reason for the sp leap today, over the many many years I have steadfastly held Aminex shares simply due the our acreage, I can say with little doubt at all, this has given me the ride of a lifetime ! Each time, eureka we've hit the jackpot, but no. Now at last, is this it ? Crikey I've grown old in my eighties waiting for the big day. If it falls flat in the morning, gives me a reason to keep on living, hoping.....

When finally the list of questions is collated,would it help to state how much the investors who raise the them own in value ? If we were all like the Last Throw's of this world with several million shares, that figure would be considerable, but I guess a low total will not carry a great deal of clout so something to avoid. In my case and right now they come to about �65k but more at their original cost.

If this question has already been suggested, no need to respond but as I guess we must be the most active Aminex Plc discussion forum anywhere, would the BOD consider an attendee at future Board meetings from within our own LTH ranks - subject to certain conditions such as non-voting rights etc ? (this is most unlikely to be accepted, but what the heck !)
