SteveDude- with the change in perception (and Law) of low volume Fracking in Slovenia, I would want the permits, extension of stay and 20-30 mill. The actual project could then deliver what we know is in the ground 300-350 mills worth, and there would be very little hassle going forward with permits. AIMHO

Be interesting in the outcome of the no confidence vote tomorrow, Should not make any difference to us as a new election would be needed (most likely).

I would not want JW to buy anything else until all current assets are at 50% capacity with a 12 month view of orders/Contracts.

IMO- We need cash in the bank to be able to get bigger contracts, so hopefully JW is sitting on his hands.

hulie, I agree with what you are saying and yes it is frustrating, I honestly believe everything revolves around the pay-out from Slovenia to fund everything else, and to be honest I do not want a cash call to fund anything else. AIMHO

Over that time I know certain posters and their timings of posts (Alwaysup-Shinra etc).

So why did 6 independent Slovenian experts (paid for by the Slovenian government) say it was not required, and if the volumes were BELOW the ceiling volume why was an EIA required?

Alwaysup, you can defend the Slovenian Ministers all you want but they were wrong on every count in the way they have treated AST an Investor in their country. And there are many other companies with the same complaints- are they wrong also.
The slov government has lost three out of three cases brought to them via ECT. This one will be no different.

Alwaysup- AST purchased the land and mining rights from a company already producing via low volume hydraulic stimulation and never required an EIA, So AST should have been able to stimulate without the EIA, AST did seek guidance from the Slovenian appointed experts who concluded they did not require an EIA, the very words echoed by the minister who wants to ban High volume fracking.

Agree Loosegoose, Main focus should be on the forward statement of this report.
