OK Rob, before I put you back in your green box ask yourself this….If I were to update my Linkedin entry with my new position at my new company….would I leave my previous entry unaltered if it were incorrect. Rather than trying to have an argument, maybe you could be useful and dig down and find out why there is this discrepancy? Did he hold both posts?

His removal will be a condition of this takeover. Pressure will come from II shareholders annoyed at last year’s rejection of 230p offer. What has he done to up that offer now? Nothing.

The TG lot have not realised that we are ALL being kept in the dark because there is an investigation into past misdemeanours whilst Tom was CEO. They are going to have quite a surprise when Tom is called in by the regulator. Where will the “elite 7” as they think they are …stand then? They think they have some shareholder clout, but I like others here, hold quite a few shares…in fact around 2% of the company. Whilst I have little time for Lunn because he is a mate of Lenigas ( who I think is the cornerstone investor) I hold a lot of weight on Robert who has a good reputation and would not have come on board if there was no chance of us trading again.

I think that they have unearthed something that is holding up their signing off, but investigating it is not their responsibility, it is the responsibility of the of the board.

Lunn, whatever we think of him, cannot disclose what it is, because it involves previous staff and confidentiality has to be paramount. He intimated such in the 16 Jan RNS. This is why everyone everyone is being kept in the dark

Maybe Robert is sorting the PPP website and the GV one needs to link in to PPP
