Then Sidara has to offer nearer to the effective 85 pence price. It also gives rival bidders more time…..once the results are published most, likely during suspension. Will the shorters risk holding during suspension? ……I think not as Sidara may have to come back with a better offer….or match one from a rival. Maybe we will go into suspension nearer the 35p.

Think of this: If the board force a vote before Sidara have seen the accounts and they say….hold on these results look grim and we are reducing our offer…….where does the deal then stand on a premature and probably an illegal vote? We cannot vote until we get an UNCONDITIONAL offer. So it depends on when the results are available to Sidara……then the voting organisational delay…..possibly plenty of time for a rival bid. HOLD !

There is plenty of time for rival bids especially if the Sidara offer is conditional on seeing accounts. The question is will accounts appear before end of April…..or during suspension?

Can we vote on a conditional offer even if the board have recommended it? I think not, and I am sure the IIs will want to delay it to give rivals a chance.
