At the moment they can only buy 8 million shares……at what price? If they want to have influence they will have to pay a meaningful price.

I doubt if Robert would have joined if there was still questions re accounts/debt etc. we should see accounts very soon. I hope before the meeting. I wonder if the cornerstone investor can be revealed now new of Robert is in the open.

How many shares can Lunn issue? Is it 20% of existing number ?

If it is say 20 million, how much does he need to clear ALL monies owing?

What price would he need to charge the cornerstone investor to take a slice of the company?

I wonder if the accountants/auditors have told him he needs to get some money in as there is no revenue from the GV deal yet. He only gets fined £50 for not including accounts at AGM apparently.

It depends on the issue price. I have assumed that it might be as low as 1p. Of course if it is at 9.55p then we might relist unchanged. It is an option worth a debate. PS most of my page is green this morning so don’t waste you time if you want to ARGUE

As I read it, Lunn wants to issue more shares. We do not get first refusal. If the new shares are for the supposed “cornerstone investor” who may want a third of the expanded company, then on relisting our shares will drop to 6p………what do folks think?

If there is a cornerstone investor who has faith in the company and who will expand its operations, why should the share price drop? Remember the GV deal wasn’t announced until AFTER the suspension. Admittedly some of the pending good news could already have been built into the suspended price.

It is a matter of who do you trust? Lunn with little company experience and a reputation for closing companies who seems to be doing the right things…..or Evans who has seems to have c*cked up the finances, issued debatable RNSs, but has a good reputation with GV after 7 years?
