If you look at the people drop down on the site…..there are not even any contact details for tge 2 people listed. It’s a bogus company!!

I just googled SEC and found this company. It was just the sixth result. Look at the entry. Would you accept something from a company that has done nothing for 5 years? Was the offer directly from SCS or via an agent or nomad. Either way someone has been negligent. Did no one at UPL not even do this?

Scenario: a while back some Chinese scrots bought a load of cheap shares, set sell orders, put in a hoax offer, maybe even found out when Bollinger was to be out of the country….and made a load on Monday. China !!!!

The board will say they are covered because they rejected the offer. That does not absolve them from doing due diligence. Did anyone find SEC securities or their directors on Google? No.

They should have known the effect an offer would have had on the SP. By announcing an offer without due diligence, they have been negligent.

I will put in an offer on Monday. Lets see how far that gets………. Look out for an offer from J Bloggs
