Correct, I feel the deal is done. We are waiting for the legal guys. Remember we are operating in one of the most litigious counties. It is taking time to sort out properly.

I fear Friday RNSs. I am sure the company has the same view. If RNS is lodged this afternoon we may see a leak. Monday looking good for me.

I still think they are waiting for the legal guys to complete their work. It is out of the boards hands. But I do think the 8 Dec date was based on the best estimate to complete the legals.

I would imagine that negotiations were at an advanced stage when the RNS was released. They probably asked. The legal guys ….how long till we can sign and tell the market?

The reply was …….. give us till 8 December, no later.

It is almost as if some directors are shorting this share. Only way they can make money. Look at how news has been manipulated. Sorry for Lorna who is doing her best. Look at the past history of some of them and the companies they have been involved with……….

Good. Having worked for several years in West Africa when the rains (and winds) come mid June, you do not want to be trying to disassemble and move a rig and its ancillaries. That was my point. If the results are good, they have nothing to loose by going for the original TD. They will at least get some sort of readings to show consistency or even improvement
