For those not happy, What extra could AH have done in the last couple of months?

He has:
Been forthright and upfront in multiple interviews (He and Adam have set out the remainder of the year's planned activities)
Sold the properties
Started the drilling a Blue Moon
Reviewed all current holdings
Started exploration in Queensland (which is apparently ahead of schedule)

We are waiting for HR3 latest drilling results and Creswick licenses, both of which are entirely out of the companies control.

In the last half year reports the groups total assets were £7,674,007 .....The current Mcap is £7m.
There is literally no potential priced in to the SP at the moment and yet we have Blue Moon drilling starting with a great prospect there, the remainder of the HR3 results to come and then we have Queensland initial findings , Creswick drilling and licenses to come as well.
Any of these showing positivity will add to the SP from the current bottom level.

A nice top up of another 1m for me.....happy to grab these weekly while so low.
Plenty of news to come by year end and we should have a clearer picture on the HR3 final drilling results, Blue Moon (very exciting), Queensland, Creswick licenses and dare I mention it a possible Creswick JV update if/when the disputed license is allocated.
Ridiculously low not to take advantage at these prices.

With news coming soon on a few fronts I've topped up another 1m @0.8 (that is not a sell!)

Brightened up my morning that the Queensland prospect is being evaluated by some on the strength of a twitter photo of some initial panning.
I would expect the drill to be hitting the ground in Blue Moon shortly.
Hopefully the outstanding drill results from HR3 will continue to come over the coming weeks
We may get more detail from the ground sampling from the ECR held properties
And AH seemed convinced that the disputed license in Creswick should be decided before the end of the year so that should come anytime over the next couple of months.
So plenty of newsflow to come on a number of fronts along with some more scientific results from the initial Queensland panning.

Morning all....I would guess that the drill will be hitting the ground @ Blue Moon sooner rather than later and we should get some initial thoughts from Adam on Queensland now he's been on site, in the upcoming interviewLets hope that we get some OMI type news (50.90m @ 3.00g/t Au including 102.40m @ 3.73g/ton.....well done all invested there) grades from the drilling results and they start to filter through soon.

The Mcap is £8m which is roughly the asset value attributed to ECR in the half year report.
There is absolutely no potential built in to the current SP at the moment
Any positives from Creswick licensing/JV, HR3 results, Blue Moon drilling, further disposals or Queensland will see this increase considerable.
Just going to sit and wait...it will come.

Another 1.45m added for me...had to split over two transactions.
Sub 0.8 was too good to miss

I just love the way some poster seem to put a lot of energy in to posting a large number of negative posts.....and then complain when the price goes down because of negative sentiment ....LOL
The initial drop from the 1.1s was based mainly on the scaremongering that ECR were running out of money and there was going to be an immanent fund raise ......another good example of share chat BS.

Diplomat, Historically we did get the 25% R&D refund (usually around Sept from memory), however last year there was no mention of the refund which a few posters here did flag up at the time.
Hopefully this year we will see a reappearance

My belief has always been that a JV agreement is in place in principal, with the partner wanting the disputed license resolved before the final figures/term are fully agreed and signed off.
A JV partner would not want to do a deal for the existing licenses and then have to re-negotiate for an additional chunk of the DMS where ECR could really play hard ball.
Just IMHO....we will find out once that disputed licence is allocated.

Hopefully meeting with Paul Johnson from POW.
He always liked to overpay for risky foreign investments during his time as CEO of ECR and he knows the project.
Let's let him continue that overspending trend and fleece him for some extra £££s on Danglay :-)

Wow, What a surprise...no placing and enough funds through to mid next year (as we said last week).
The conspi******s were incorrect as usual but did manage to scare enough sellers to get in sub 1p o they probably think it's a good job done .
The have re-confirmed that non-core assets will be sold off so they can concentrate on the crown jewels of the company (said this in last month's interview).

Nice to see the bullishness on Baillieston and confidence in Queensland.....this won't be sub a penny for long!!!!

We have enough cash to last until mid/end 2023 so no major need for an immediate cash raise.
The usual pessimistic 2+2=5 speculation.
SP is where it is for a good reason with the general mining sector on a down and ECR results not being easily understood by the average investor, although the noises from the company are that the results are good and they are very encouraged by the geological mapping that the results are providing (above my geo' knowledge level).
The presentation will set the tone for the coming days/weeks and any speculation before then is just, well... speculation.

CCL future will depend entirely on it's ability to service the massive debt it took on during Covid...$bns
There are a number of factors aginst CCL at the moment:
Massive debt
Fuel costs
Downturn in worldwide economies
And one massive one not yet discussed here is the c40% capacity increase in cruise ships with all the new builds coming from many companies.
This increase capacity along with the economic downturn (leading to less bookings and more cancellations)will lead to a lot of spare/empty cabins and ultimately a massive reduction in the price per cabin paid.

All this impacts massively on Carnival and is, I believe, what led to the pessimistic outlook given the other day.
If CCL survives the next two years then it will bounce back strongly IMHO. The next two years are going to be very choppy waters for the company though.
