The rock chip samples from EL006713 (Mills Reef) should be interesting as that's where they identified the potential of at least THREE parallel sources of gold.

And the Creswick recent excellent grades from RNSs :
NOV 22 - whole bag retesting of previous drilling returned improved grades of 0.7m @47.75 g/t Au ,1.1m @ 6.13 g/t and CJD002.1m @ 3.9 g/t from 3 separate drill holes ....They are very good grades
DEC 22 - LIDAR imagery identifies parallel gold systems at the Davey Road Workings and the South Davey and narrowed down a potential location for the primary source of gold mineralisation.
JAN 23 - Additional license granted at Creswick now gives ECR a strike length of 10km along DMS and creates a continuous land package from ECR’s Brewing Lane property at Springmount south through to the outskirts of Ballarat
JAN 23 - Further results have been received from soil sampling at the recently announced Davey Road Prospect . Plotting of all the results strongly suggests that gold mineralisation originates from the North end of a line of historical gold workings, with another strong gold anomaly also present at the southern end of the historic workings. The Board believes these two anomalies represent the outcrop of two possible gold shoots.
FEB 23 - ECR is pleased to announce high gold grades from recent in-situ rock chips sited at the Creswick Project.
Insitu rock chip sampling from two accessible underground locations at the Brewery Lane property and Mills Reef East have been completed. Highlights include 0.7m @ 189.42 g/t Au and 0.4m @ 86.51 g/t Au ; 0.25m @ 441.23 g/t Au, 0.15m @ 140.83 g/t Au and 0.25m @ 24.92 g/t Au .Widths of reported grades are close to true width.Ground work continues through newly acquired tenements towards Ballarat.
MAR 23 - Drilling scheduled for at least 10 short holes into the Dimocks Main Shale, with further drilling planned subject to progress.
Sampling work at new tenement EL006713 has yielded over 600 soil samples from the Mills Reef system where anecdotal evidence from historic alluvial gold workings suggest at least THREE parallel sources of gold.

So improved historical results, parallel systems (plural) identified, 10km strike length now under license, good grades from soil and rock chip sampling, focusing in on the source of gold and drilling commencing to start the proving up process.

It's not relevant if you are already invested and looking for a mid-long term on your investment .
The progress of activity towards discovering a resource is what matters and we have made plenty of progress in recent times

When the disposal of Itagon is complete and (if I am correct) the Baillieston disposal happens later in the year it will leave us with Creswick and Tambo (light touch…would not be surprised to also see that sold off) in Victoria and the trio of Lolworth, Hurricane and Blue Mountain in Queensland.
The proceeds of Itagon (and Baillieston?) will also provide us with funds to last us well in to 2024.
Blue Mountain will be left on the back burner this year I would think ,leaving the ‘big 3’ of Creswick, Lolworth and Hurricane as the core projects for 2023.
With two drill rigs we can be drilling on two, whilst doing diligent sampling and drill site identification on the other.

Lolworth
We did extensive sampling there and the gold results so far have exceeded expectations.
They have identified a 10km strike length of Lithium on the Lolworth prospect
They have identified a separate 10km strike length of Tantalum and Niobium at Lolworth
The recent results show we have a 50 sq km area indicating a potential combined resource for Lithium, Niobium and Tantalum. BOD opinion is" The Lolworth Project has great potential to develop into a multi mineral flagship project for the Company.”

Creswick
Initial 10 drill hole programme is underway
They have undertaken a much more thorough and rigorous soil sampling and testing regimen at Creswick with excellent grades reported (oh yes, the list will follow) to enable a more targeted drilling campaign.
As a result of this testing they have identified a parallel systems (plural) at Creswick potentially adding more value.
They also ordered the whole bag re-test of the previous drilling results at Creswick which significantly upgraded the results significantly.
And they are sampling at another 4 or 5 identified targets (ongoing results to be received over the next 2 months)

Hurricane
Multiple veins at or near surface with grades of 5-10g/t
Drilling due to commence in July

Danglay
90% owned – negotiations ongoing for disposal

Well ,that's the only statement you've been able to back up with a fact (apart from fact the bid is 0.5...the SP is 0.525).

Ignore the SP for a second as that is out of the BOD control (and is irrelevant in the question posed)

Nope, I'm not AG....although we've never been seen in the same room together !!!
Just a shareholder who is/has loaded up a lot between 0.7 and 0.55 and I am very optimistic about the future od ECR.
There is a lot of bluff and nonsense about carrying BOD member (some I agree with), imminent dilution (BS) , look at the SP it proves there is no future, Itagon is worth nothing, there is no gold and other quite frankly rubbish.
When you look at any gold explorer the thing that will determine the future value of the company is simply the gold they find.
Look at the grades from the last 3 or 4 RNSs from Creswick...they are very strong (and need to be proven in drilling) which gives me confidence they will have good results moving forward.
Look at the stream sampling at Lolworth, they were also beyond expectation, and 50km sq of Lithium and Niobium.
and then Hurricane with multiple at and near surface veins of 5-10g/t

Any one of these three would give me confidence...if more than one pay off then the Sp will be ????

Of course none of this is proven until the 'truth machine' gets turning...but with the SP reflecting only the asset value of ECR and not a penny in potential gold discovery there is masses of upside here....and that's why I've piled in.

Wow , My last post was b******ks(and yes , some would say most of my posts are) ...of course the 2.5% would need to be added to the MCAP and not the SP.
I'm going to lie down and read Rx's posts on the Charge of the Light Brigade as punishment.

To put in perspective the 'cost' to the shareholder of Blue Mountain is c2.5% dilution.
So the value that the project has to add to the SP (and return to the shareholders) to make this a good deal if the SP is 1p is 0.025p ...any sniff of gold at that project and I'm sure it will add more than one 40th of a penny to the SP. (one 80th / 0.0125p at the current SP).
So I would argue, as DD has been completed and there is confidence of gold, that it was to the benefit of shareholders longer term and not at the expense.

Legal, We have almost £1m in the bank (including the property proceeds) as of end of Feb so I cannot see a reason for a placement any time in the nest 3 months.
AH stated that we are fully funded for all planned activities until the end of the year...and I would expect an Itagon deal to top up the coffers at some point also (and if my theory is correct a Bailliston disposal as well)
