Melville, You've answered Rxs question of why the SP is where it is.
We do not have a proven discovery YET.
However you have to admit the last 8 or 9 RNSs from Creswick showing good soil and rock chip sampling grades are encouraging.
The previous CEOs did not do enough exploration on Creswick, but AH gas identified that this could be the key to unlock the future of ECR and is being very thorough in testing and identifying multiple targets over the 10km of the DMS we now have under license
I think the phrase he used was "Potentially game changing"

To answer your question of why the SP is so low it is because of a solitary seller who has been selling on to low volume which has suppressed the SP.
I have taken advantage of this and added c3.5m shares to my Shsres ISA.

Now that I've covered the SP drop can you please provide details of any other negatives for ECR as you have previously stated there are "shed loads" so I expect a long list.

So to summarise:
You claimed that the board should be changed as they make poor decisions - but then could not give a single example in the lady year when pressed to do so

Then you claim there are a shed load of negative, but yet again when asked for examples you cannot provide any.

You just make grand and unfounded statements you cannot back up ( well apparently you can repeatedly)
At least I back up all my statements with facts/examples, and as you have said the examples I provide for positivity are long lists (should tell you something)

So from a gold exploration point of view there must be some negatives you can list...I mean "shed loads" is alot.

Better add the latest results on to the growing list of recent positive Creswick sampling RNSs:
NOV 22 - whole bag retesting of previous drilling returned improved grades of 0.7m @47.75 g/t Au ,1.1m @ 6.13 g/t and CJD002.1m @ 3.9 g/t from 3 separate drill holes ....They are very good grades
DEC 22 - LIDAR imagery identifies parallel gold systems at the Davey Road Workings and the South Davey and narrowed down a potential location for the primary source of gold mineralisation.
JAN 23 - Additional license granted at Creswick now gives ECR a strike length of 10km along DMS and creates a continuous land package from ECR’s Brewing Lane property at Springmount south through to the outskirts of Ballarat
JAN 23 - Further results have been received from soil sampling at the recently announced Davey Road Prospect . Plotting of all the results strongly suggests that gold mineralisation originates from the North end of a line of historical gold workings, with another strong gold anomaly also present at the southern end of the historic workings. The Board believes these two anomalies represent the outcrop of two possible gold shoots.
FEB 23 - ECR is pleased to announce high gold grades from recent in-situ rock chips sited at the Creswick Project.
Insitu rock chip sampling from two accessible underground locations at the Brewery Lane property and Mills Reef East have been completed. Highlights include 0.7m @ 189.42 g/t Au and 0.4m @ 86.51 g/t Au ; 0.25m @ 441.23 g/t Au, 0.15m @ 140.83 g/t Au and 0.25m @ 24.92 g/t Au .Widths of reported grades are close to true width.Ground work continues through newly acquired tenements towards Ballarat.
MAR 23 - Drilling scheduled for at least 10 short holes into the Dimocks Main Shale, with further drilling planned subject to progress.
Sampling work at new tenement EL006713 has yielded over 600 soil samples from the Mills Reef system where anecdotal evidence from historic alluvial gold workings suggest at least THREE parallel sources of gold.
APR 23 - Mills Reef initial samples revealed a best reading of 685 ppb Au, along with a raft of additional elevated gold values between 25 and 75 ppb. At Kuboid Hill rock chips and ****nic soil geochemistry has highlighted elevated gold with best chips up to 6.23 g/t Au. Another prospect known as Greens Lode contains historical works including a shaft and small open cut that has revealed a major quartz lode up to 4 metres wide. Rock chips from dumps and from in-situ veining has shown gold values up to 6.53 g/t Au.

So improved historical results, parallel systems (plural) identified, 10km strike length now under license, good grades from soil and rock chip sampling, focusing in on the source of gold and drilling commenced to start the proving up process.

Almost as funny as you claiming to have made a profit in ECR when you clearly stated that you'd made a loss.

Exactly what are you trying to achieve/convince others of by posting here Melville when you hold no shares?

Applying the 'Trump' method of giving people stupid nicknames does not validate your argument (i know you are from the same generation, but that's no excuse)
The flaw in your argument there is a lifestyle company will be almost totally inactive and do one sampling and maybe a drilling programme a year to string out the money as long as possible.
ECR has been non stop drilling over the last 12 months, invested in a new rig, obtained new licenses and run many multiple and thorough sampling programmes over multiple licenses over the last few months.
It is totally the opposite to a lifestyle company and obviously is building the foundations and has a plan to build the company over the medium /long term.

I mean ...I've already shown that the last 6 or 7 RNSs regarding Creswick and Lulworth sampling and results have been positive (exceptionally so in the case of Lolworth).
You yourself could not come up with an example of a poor decision made by the BoD over the last year.
Even Melville praised the new direction and improved professionalism of ECR under AH's stewardship.
So I would say having faith in ECR under AH is not misplaced.

And many here trust AH , Adam and the team on ECR so no different.
Maybe we can respect each others opinions and stop attacking positive posts?

Rorkes, You are absolutely correct,
The main thing that shifts the SP will be completing the US clinical stages.....just need to be very patient as they take time and in the mean time this will just drift up and down within a range.
Pharmas are big risk, big reward....but can be ultimately worth the wait (But wait you must, as Yoda would say :-)

News has been released the SPs not reacted positively today.
And the recent SP trend has been downward
You always tell me this is a sign of poor investor confidence and that the SP will not recover quickly

Yo do realise that even at 1.5p (I'd be surprised if any even contemplated triggering the 1p level below that) investors will be considerably up from their recent buys.
Only investors with an average of 1.6p+ will still be down ....and why would anyone take advice from those that obviously make poor decisions and have not averaged down when the opportunity arose?

I thought you would be happy as according to you the SP will never get above 0.6 so you won't have to worry about the options. LMFAO
I don't give a hoot if they don't have to put money in themselves...I'm happy for them to make money well above 1p, 2p and 3p as the SP increases (obviously they will want to be well above those levels as it's pointless exercising the 1p option at 1p) as if they've made money so have I.

Makes you laugh...we've had posts for the last 9 months of the usual suspects complaining that the board have no skin in the game.
And then when they do the complaint is it's the wrong type .....personally as long as they BOD are only rewarded for success I have no issues with options or owned shares , the incentive is now there.

As for the sampling RNS , it was another solid RNS and extends the potential mineralisation to wider areas in Creswick. Nothng to get excited about , but another piece of solid progress.
The drilling results will be the key updates in the near future
