Quady, I did pick that up. He said in answer to question about shareholders "that they (BHP) get same information as other shareholders and need to sign confidentiality agreement if they want more information." I took that to mean he did not want to confirm whether they were or were not in the data room.

They said no intention to take over when they increased their holding. Does this not prevent them for bidding for 6 months? Have I got this wrong?

To Does this mean that no one would want to consider making significant investment in Solgold until after the election which can take anything up to 6 months If so we can forget all the outcomes of Strategic review that have been suggested on this board.
