If I understood the RNS correctly Tim owns the same number of shares but his % holding has gone up. So to me the RNS jut box ticking as all our % holdings have gone up due to buy back. No big deal. Happy to be corrected

Assuming JDW gets on average say 500 (which I think is v low) customers per day then it equates to less than 50p. per order which does not seem that demanding in the current inflationary environment

Thanks Savage_KeyboardR for your explanation. The only problem I see is that these share buy backs never seem to end. When one programme ends they ( and I am not referring to Voda only) embark on another.

Monty888, Logic dictates that share buybacks should result in positive impact on the share price. However, vast majority of shares I follow have share buybacks almost every trading day yet the price keeps falling so at least Voda is not alone in that. Has anyone here got an explanation as to why this happens
