Backinblak , I was concerned about this very point but then like you thought of the safety net of institutional investors and felt comforted. having said that I have lost a packet on another company with fund raise after fundraise and promise of jam tomorrow. it eventually was put in a prepacked administration .
Whilst research and comments on here help to take a more informed view but at the end of the day it is a gamble .

just a point to note on IHT issue. Sar may at some stage move to the main market or get taken over. At that you would have to find alternative aim shares and the two year will start to tick all over again.
