Couple this with a reduction in the divi compared to this time last year ( and let’s face it, it’s a miserly divi) there is nothing attractive about this SP now. Add in the fragility linked to geopolitics , this is now one to avoid

One would expect the timing of any buyback would be announced in the prelim results scheduled in early March , this is how it has happened in previous yrs, however it seems to be a secret that’s as leaky as the previous budget, so any share price deviation based on share buyback, may well be already baked into the current SP price
