There are serious problems with this stock at every step of the process (even accounts were not done, to look at the most recent). This stock, with only one asset, in a country with serious governmental problems, and with a joint partner that seeks 15 US million tax payment from KOD, is severely overvalued, and the share price will soon undergo a warranted downwards correction.

Every company with some self-respect should have completed the accounts. "They are anything but simple" is such a ridiculous statement in the corporate world, and again this is nothing but a reflection of the company's "quality".

Well you know what, I am almost sure the red flags are going to be the case for KOD. And I base this on the consistent sloppiness of the CEO (ranging from the miscommunication about the resource update, no clarification about the exact procedure for payment when lithium is loaded on ships, the disagreement about the tax obligation, and so on).

It is sad what happened with this stock to be honest. The potential was immense. Yes, much of it was bad luck (the Mali side). What I am thinking is whether Hainan was the correct joint partner. It was definitely a partner that could ensure safety but at the same time the power imbalance with KOD is immense and I am very much afraid they will exercise all their rights to go for what they so eagerly describe as "ultimate control".

I do not seem to recall this information to have ever been communicated. At the moment all profits relate to KMUK and LMLB, none is transferred to KOD (and none will for multiple years if the second stage will proceed).

Unfortunately the negative issues are too severe for the spod price increase to have any impact on the share price. Any profit made now will be either for repayment or planned for stage 2. The company makes money but no profit, in the sense that KOD receives none of it at the moment. My point is that there are many questions such as "will the price increase of spod be sustained to benefit stage 2 after it commences production?" or "what will the stage of Mali government be during the development of stage 2?". Then there are the questions of a potential buyout and then you can start ask questions about the arbitration process, the US 15 Million tax liability and so on. Spod price increase means nothing right now, we need more factual information about the company. I am also concerned about the relationship between Hainan and KOD, what happened with the resource update and the miscommunication is never a good sign (especially for such a legal matter).
