- M&P has mechanisms/licenses (such as OFACs) allowing for repayment in barrels.

- The barrels received as repayment represent a very incremental cash flow, with limited CAPEX requirements for M&P compared to typical organic growth.

For M&P, a substantial recovery of this debt would have a major impact on its valuation.
