In my opinion, it's hard to believe that the imminent release of the Integrated Resource Assessment (IRA) report won't confirm the extent of the underground resources. Given this, it's hard to believe that PRD won't enter into a concession agreement. Considering the size and track record of this concession company, it's difficult to believe they won't commercialize the resources and bring them into production. This alone would be enough to send the share price soaring, but we won't know for sure until it happens. Of course, it's entirely possible that none of this will occur, but I think this is the most likely scenario.
