Closed at £1.93 over the pond last night. I have been sitting on the fence this week and missed the rise. The old adage ‘don’t invest more than you can afford to lose’ rings in my ears. I would happily drop £20K in here knowing that it risks being delisted so long as I would still be the owner of the shares and benefit when they came back on line. Anyone know what the legal position would be for shareholders if POLY was delisted?

Those divi payments are eye watering and could prove a great top up to the pension when the time comes. Not sure we will see the divi’s in hard cash on 5 May, but no reason why they should not be reinstated at similar levels when the war ends (assuming fingers kept off any ‘red’ buttons).

IMO this is the time to invest in SENS. A degree of clarity has been provided following today's announcement (which the markets has responded positively to). I was watching from the sidelines and ready to jump in yesterday at 14.25, but held off to see where it went from there.

I didn't get the 14.25 entry and bought in earlier at 18.45 which I am very happy with. Lets hope it continues its momentum from here and the FSP is concluded soon at a decent price. GLA.

My main holding is elsewhere (won’t mention the share on this board). I have been looking round my other holdings to see if I could be tempted to offload and top up elsewhere. What strikes me as odd here is that the MM’s are willing to swallow 60000 ABDX shares in one hit for 40.21. I have done dummy sells for the past 30 minutes and they are now offering slightly more 40.251 in one hit. Someone wants our shares…

Of course I read it! That wasn’t ‘news’ as such. We are mandated to update every 6 months and yesterday’s RNS was confirmation that this will be pushed as far to the right as permitted (30 Sep). Don’t get me wrong, as many here know, I am a die hard investor and have been for a while. Potential is phenomenal; my only gripe is that each and every timeline (Covid play) has been missed and, I for one, take AS’ timelines with a pinch of salt. Not meant as a negative post - far from it. I simply feel the LTHs deserve to be able to trust what comes out of our company’s RNS in order to properly inform our decision. DYOR as ever, but surely you would hope timelines are accurate in order that a degree of trust can resume otherwise what use is the research.

I am reassured regarding the current SP despite the deadly silence coming out of Wetherby. However, It is about time we got some confirmatory news on sales and how we are progressing. Information like this will have an effect on the SP either + or - and should be shared to update LTH as well as inform those who are sat on the fence waiting to invest. Today will be as good a day as any to get the juices flowing over the weekend. GLA.

Agreed. It has always been a long term investment for me. On the bright side, I have topped up a few times over recent weeks which, in the short term, has added to the ‘red’ column, but hopefully will reap rewards longer term.

Time to call a spade a spade. It has been a shocking investment over the past 2 months. Most profits wiped out and investors locked in. Who would have thought it?

How long will this continue for? I wasn’t expecting it to drop below £2 and thought that would bounce upwards big time from there. Then came £1.80, £1.50 and £1.20. Unbelievable that it is just over £1 now. Deep, deep underwater and hoping for a sustained upwards trend. Am I concerned - hell yes.

It is so difficult to remain positive when it is bleeding c.10% daily. To put it into context, if a stonking RNS landed tomorrow and raised the SP by 100% we would still way below where we were a month ago. Call me stupid, but I have held firm (even topped up last week). I have some business in Lithuania to concentrate on at the end of the week and will be out of country until 2 Aug. Let’s see what the SP is on 2 Aug. Hope there is something left…

As stated, I am a believer in the huge potential here. Potential is the operative word and therefore not without risk. That said, I have bought a healthy chunk this morning to round up my holdings and bring my average down to 187.5p. Hoping to be back in the black ‘shortly’.

The last few times Dr Smith communicated, either via an update or tweet the SP has taken a pounding. He is the face of AVCT, but I am beginning to question his effectiveness as the mouthpiece. I am a passionate investor here who has been steadily topping up over the last 8 months. However, even I am now in the red and staring a large paper loss in the face. Where is our PR team and what have the brought to the party? I invested for the cancer elements of the company and I am now dismissing any LFT play, but hoping an order or two funds the cancer projects moving forward.
