DBNO - not sure I see where you get £2 from? 2.3822 pps (dummy sell) now for 20,000 which is where it started today. There is a good chance of a blue finish..

As at 1120 this morning, MM’s offered me 2.3426 pps for 20,000 shares yet only 2.3316 for 100 shares (both dummy sells). What’s interesting is the MMs ‘appear’ to want to encourage the bigger sells. My read is there are buyers on the book and I would expect POLY to close flat, in the region if where we started, at 2.38 - 2.44. Let’s see. Good luck all LTHs.

Incredibly annoying reading some if the rubbish posted today. Do you think that any ‘Tom, Dick or Harry’ can rise to the top of the UK military? Lord Dannatt was commissioned into the Army in 1971 and, retired as our top ranking officer in 2009. That’s 38 years Service to Queen and country; and he’s getting ‘ripped’ into by some armchair warriors. I briefly served under Brig (as was then) Dannatt in Bosnia 2000 - he knew what was talking about then and I would take his opinions and thoughts any day over any BB Walter Mitty.

What's going on?

Along with my 8K 'investment'. Seems like TW wasn't too far off the mark with his analysis of this 'company'. Let's move on - lesson learned.

Red for the past 2 trading days and blue for the 2 before that. What will today bring - Red or Blue? Personally, I think we should end up in positive territory by the end of the day. Let's see.

Interesting timing:

UN chief Guterres has welcomed the Security Council statement that backed his efforts to find a peaceful solution to the conflict in Ukraine.

“Today, for the first time, the Security Council spoke with one voice for peace in Ukraine,” Guterres said in a statement. “The world must come together to silence the guns and uphold the values of the UN Charter.”

Guterres recently visited Moscow and Kyiv in a push for humanitarian corridors to allow civilians to evacuate areas facing heavy fighting.

It is reassuring to see that we haven't had any wild swings in the SP today. Could this be the calm before the storm?
It feels like 2.50 could be the floor - obviously very high risk (as discussed many times over) but the potential upwards SP movement makes this very interesting indeed. Good luck all holders whatever your position is. My position is long and I am invested for the anticipated increase in SP as well as dividend payments moving forward.

Imagine what could be in store in Sep 22... We could see the announcement of interim 22 divis and confirmation that the end of year 21 divi will be paid at the same time. At the current SP, this could see a divi return of c.40%. That is before factoring any price increases. Clearly there is a risk attached to this share but anyone with the patience to hold for until year end should be hugely rewarded. Good luck all - it'll be interesting to see how the the market reacts to the RNS which, to me, reads positively considering the current events.

Personally, I am holding for the divi returns in the future.

Nice to see AVCT continue its steady rise. That said, it is hardly surprising with all that is going on in the oncology area. Patients dosing has been ongoing for months and one should (quite rightly) assume all is going well with those treatments. To think we were in the 40’s at the end of March. I always kept the faith and didn’t sell a single share but continued to buy when funds allowed during the painful decline. Well done all LTHs. Happy with where we are, as mentioned previously, I now see £1.25 as the floor and would love the SP to get to £1.80 quickly when that should put an end to the link with AS’ sale of some of his shares.

Monday will be an interesting day and so long as there are no nasty surprises, POLY should be fuelled by a ‘solid’ RNS. Imagine what a ‘positive’ RNS could do (i.e. 2021 divi used to buy back stock, a scrip dividend or divi paid at a later date).

Sure, POLY is high risk but anything less than a total seizure (nationalisation) by the Russians and POLY will, quite literally, be worth its weight in gold once thee war is over. The decision then would be do shareholders cash out for what should be 5 or 6 times todays SP or enjoy the twice yearly divi payments?

Will the SP hold or firm up on FOMO or will the 10 % club take their daily profits and bring the SP down at close? An interesting 55 minutes ahead.

For the first time in month's, I feel very 'safe and secure' with my holdings. After the battering we took recently it is nice to see the SP has made some stellar gains from (40's to the 130's in recent weeks). I see 125 as a new support level.

POG's RNS stating they are doing business (very much) as usual. If POLY releases a similar RNS on Monday then this should be testing 400 by COP Monday. A good finish around 300 today bodes well.

As predicted, the assault on the Donbas has commenced. Hopefully this will signal the start of the end of the war. My thoughts and prayers go out to all those suffering in Ukraine.

Nothing I post here will have any effect on the SP. The 3 points I raised are facts. Unfortunately, we will wake up to the second of which over the Easter weekend.

I am not going to get into a protracted text argument on this BB. By the way I am shareholder of POLY and would love to see the SP trading over £10. It may do, but it will take time and there are a lot of obstacles in its way.

3 reasons why I am nervous for the short term prospects:

1. Russia’s flagship (Sava class) Moskva has been hit by two Ukrainian Neptune anti-ship missiles. Russia will respond in kind (of that there is no doubt).
2. The attack on the Donbass will commence in the next 24 - 96 hours which means that when the SP trades again after the Easter break on 19 Apr the situation would certainly have escalated. VP needs something positive to shout about on 9 May. The strike on the Moskva will result in a change to his short term strategic offensive.
3. Sweden and Finland are to be fast tracked into the NATO Alliance within weeks. This process ordinarily takes years (having to go through the long drawn out process with the need for new members to enhance NATO by demonstrating their interoperability abilities). All normal caveats for membership scrapped in this case and this will be seen as an act of aggression by VP. He has in the past stated that if they were to join NATO then he will move nukes to the Baltic region.

Who is going to blink first? Whilst all along the poor people of Ukraine are the victims of the atrocity .
