YES is the only way the investors may get their money back or even make some profit in the future. NO vote will destroy the company and risk of administration. Those shorting NO vote appear to me that they either are shorting or have sold out most of their holdings and wanted to get back in cheaper.
This article claims that "If the CFO was to buy significant shares, that would be a trigger. As yet, none of the directors has bought after this plunge." The question is if the BOD are allowed to buy any shares when the company is under independent review. I think probably not at the moment and the article is misleading for a purpose.
David85, I bought in 4s and 5s and decided to hold them for a while after today's news. I do have small loss on clon and prem as I did not spend much on them, but I did not spread nonsense there as you did on delt.
As per RNS on 10th of September, the company is supposed to receive $400k milestone payment, I suspect that New Technology Capital won't offload their 195m shares until such news or any new contact which will make them 100-200% profit at least.
It seems that they have stopped dumping their remaining holding, have they finished or they are expecting some goods news so they can sell much higher?

Jag, as you have told us that you are going to buy 10m at 0.01, so if you are so sure PREM is insolvent, why you still want to buy at 0.01? No one really know, including yourself, apart from GR.
