Offer received, end of story.

Sold 2.68m shares and then purchased back 4.15m on 21st of March, they knew something positive was coming and always before us pis.

The cash offer must be substantial higher than the current price for BOD to agree an extension of negotiation.

People like sharebel just love to be negative at any opportunity. Even with the smallest things, they'll just be negative about it.

None of us here really know, but don't think Sidara will miss this golden opportunity, the only question is how much.

Did anyone notice that GS purchased 8.9m share and sold 2.5m which was related to Sidara as per this morning's RNS?

They transferred 4.7m share out, so they look have reduced, but they are not. Question is where did those 4.7m shares go?

Guys, look at SOCIETE GENERALE SA RNS today, they sold 14162 shares while reduced 14162 on their CFD short position, probably same happened to GS.

Looks like GS was told by Sidara it is time to close their short via CFD, offer on the way!

Joe, you claimed sinking ship which the price was around 26p, so why Sidara shall offer at all as per your claim?

What is the point for Sidara to offer 50p which they know it will be rejected straight away. They either offer a moderate price £1 plus or just walk away. Is that a joke, Joe?
