I believe quite a few here plan to buy on 30th before suspension including those shorters, must be an interesting day.
I think the buy / sell of shares is to cover their CFD Long/Short.
Someone mentioned earlier that AIMmaster has drowned, it seems coming true.
I think BOD is on the mission to get the deal through, that's their priority at the moment, they don't care about the share price.
Sharbel, what you say does not make sense at all, if you think the company is finished, why you put your order at 13.5 or 10?
Every time I see Sharbel appears, I have to check CPAI, the price still is 12 times up when he put strong sell on it.
So far has no institution holder come forward to oust the board and a few of them (91 & M Partners) are giving up and selling out.
Dirty games being played to drive the price down so the offer will be acceptable to the majority shareholders.
Will be rushed to close once 91 & M Partners finish their dumping, not much left.
It is clearly stated the reason on the RNS "Sale of partnership shares under the Wood Employee Share Plan to cover tax liabilities". By the way, Sharbel, how is your short going on CPAI from 0.04?
I meant irrelevant.
Plus those panic pis are helping the shorters to get out at ease, the price is relevant now and the company will be bought out at 35p.
Reduced another 0.10% short yesterday.
There was a 7.27m share trade on Yahoo Finance but not showing here, someone is accumulating and does not want us pis know.
Purchased over 1m more shares than sales yesterday.
Check London Stock Exchange, UT at 20.10 for 850K shares.
How did they manage the massive buys (if true) and keep the price down?
Barclays is holding 3.91% long as well, so they are net long.
Sure he will push through for the deal at 35p, good retirement pot secured.
People will get 65% profit in a few weeks time if they buy now.
