I was told by them that 2 meetings in one, Court meeting is one resolution, For/Against the scheme, General Meeting is 3 resolutions. You need to chat to them online to instruct.

The management is so numb to release such RNS without securing funding first. They should have done so in the 3-4p. Unless they deliberately crash the share price so that funding around 1.5p does not look so bad.
