Not sure if those shorting in a rush to get out, they can buy them back at D4E or worst of scenario, they don't need to if it is in admin.

The company should have released the rns today after close and suspends the shares from 1st of May, this will give the company a bit more headroom when comes to D4E. It is too late now, it will be less than 5p if the D4E does go ahead.

I doubt the D4E equity price will be more than 10p, the result delay has killed the last chance of raising at above 15p.

Can the company release the 2023 year result without financing solution confirmed? If not, I guess the result will be delayed.

The company need to confirm the solutions to shore up the finance, good or bad, the sooner the better.

PFC is not going bust, but it will be diluted for D4E, the question is at what price and how much debt will be converted. These questions are putting people off buying at this price. I will be waiting for the news to buy more and I do think PFC has a bright future once they sort out their finance in the long term.

I do feel that the BOD deliberately release the last RNS to thrash the share price so the dilution price of D4E will look more acceptable to the shareholders, probably between 10-15p agreed by bondholders.

If people have listened to you and did not buy around 1p mark last week, they just missed the 50-60% profit. No one really know what is going to happen next.

Moniman, you were right, however there will be future funding required and most pis do not have funds or chance to participate, so their tiny holding will be diluted to nothing before the sale.

I bet the company will be sold soon with institution holders pocket huge money, only small pis to lose out here, disgraceful management!

What a week for the AIM, CX4D and MEN are delisting, RBG probably will be in admin. The huge spread here is putting people off buying, so the company will make sure it is going to be delisted from AIM, what a corrupted management! People holding shares here should come together to vote against, don't see much point selling now.
