Quite a few large orders were actually sells, that is why the price keeps dropping. I reckon they are selling their holdings after they have been confirmed their subscribed open offer shares.

For the volume, it seems positive news leak, will those 10% shorting guns make a 15 times loss?

I do feel both REX Retail offer and Open offer will be over subscribed.

Guy_incognito, I agree with you, but anyone with right mind will have to vote for the placing unless you prefer liquidation when you hold no shares at all. At least there is a hope with funding sorted to get your money back or even make a tidy profit, so what do you choose?

Just received email from Halifax for the open offer.

Still no sign of open offer from Halifax, they are really slow :(

Ishy12, I believe you can participate in both if you are a current shareholders and you are with one of three intermediaries.

Just phoned HL and placed order for the Retail offer at 1.5p.

Open offer shares will be in your ISA if you are buying shares in your ISA account, it happened the same to SCE open offer shares.

May bid for PFC and those shorting will be toasted if it does happen, never rule anything out. D4E or take over?

Eurofil, GKP did a D4E in 2016 but their current shareholders at that time lost 95% through dilution.
