Bf21, personally I don’t see it, they have an extensive network with the Discovery group and their connected HNW’s and associated funds, so in my opinion it is more likely they will expand the asset by significant exploration and also move from inferred to indicated resources, along with bringing Nickel, Rhodium and Copper into the finance model for Pedra Branca, they will at that stage look to divest the asset into a receptive market, that tends to be the way they have operated for a number of years, the updated MD&A filed on Sedar on August 29th, pretty much confirms that strategy also, What I think is a more pertinent question, on the subject of a JV, is the Jangada Vanadium asset at Ptombeiras West?, it wouldn’t be a huge surprise to see interest from Canada in the prospects of that asset, Canada a very hungry for these elements and Jangada could have quite conceivably and inadvertently, just developed an asset appreciation business model with very little risk and dilution to its shareholders and at the same time, with significant potential for asset value increases, which is probably not a huge surprise considering the amount of equity in the hands of the board and their connected network, this is where my thinking has moved to now,....GL S

Goldman Sachs believe so and within 3 months!, another key element that is very much in focus of the ValOre team and yet to be included within their financial modelling of Pedra Branca!,....GL S

Rhodium smashes through $4000 and currently quoting on Kitco $4200 x $4500, it is very understandable that Rh is a focus of the phase 1 expansion at Pedra Branca, it should be an interesting few weeks ahead,....GL S

ValOre share price continues to gather momentum and increasing volume on TSXV and taking into account the exchange rate and share price appreciation, the Pedra Branca deal breaks through the £6m lines and it is now circa £6.2m,....GL S

Bf21, Baffin looks to have exceptional potential and further strengthening of gold could bring the asset into focus, as it is a fantastic greenstone belt, but it does appear the three assets that the focus will be on are Pedra Branca, Pitomberias West and Angilak, .....GL S

Bf21, there are a couple of key moments, both of which are very near term, as in the CPR for the Vanadium/Titanium asset and also the start of phase 1 at Pedra Branca, both of which should be supported by quality, technically-founded, news releases and with supported social media campaigns and I believe they will be, but what is vitally important in my opinion, is that both boards don’t fall in the trap of blowing a lot of wind, using over promotional language and in my view, thus discrediting any technical gravitas and credibility they have, I am mindful it is a fine balance and it can work both ways,......GL S

The reverse side of this, also underlines how valuable the ValOre team consider Pedra Branca to be, as in handing over to Jangada the circa £5.8M and at the same time the transaction effectively gifts Jangada a third of the ValOre asset suite and all previous benefits of asset expenditure to date,.....not too shabby for a £2.5m mkt cap,......GL S

"I got a chance to spend some time with Jim Paterson and Jeff Sundar of the Discovery Group where I got updated on all of the companies in their stable. The Discovery Group has had many successes, most recently, with the acquisition of its Northern Empire by Coeur Mining. I like being in early and cheap on stories and with that in mind, I was trying to get some insight on some of their newer and less expensive plays."

Is is understandable that a lot of focus is on the development of Pedra Branca and also on the CPR for the Vanadium/Titanium asset at Ptombeiras West, but while the boardroom silence continues, it is a good time to review the other assets within the ValOre portfolio, which have the greatest potential and the standout has to be the Uranium asset at Angilak, which pre Fukushima had over $55m of development spend by the ValOre team and connected parties, taking into account the stability building in the sector and Angilak being a world class system, Jangada’s circa 26% holding may just deliver an unexpected boost not currently under consideration,....GL S

Negotiated trade from the open today, which is very unusual for Jangada, as the market tends to like to print shares it doesn't have, is this another sign that things are about to change?,.......GL S

Ib, I gave up trying to work out the markets logic years ago, but it is a good point, both production and financials have materially changed in the last 8/10 months and for the first time in many years a cash flow positive mine is within touching distance, with very supportive backers and a very robust plan being implemented by competent people, I am happy to keep building a position in anticipation of the market waking up, plus the Henderson position unwinding hasn’t helped either, but the 10m print a couple of sessions ago, hopefully is an indicator that is almost clear,....GL S.

Good to note the Lombard closure and no reduction in the 40% conversion rate, I would expect the closure of the CE transaction to be a formality considering the support to date,....GL S

Mr. Robins is a professional geologist with over 30 years of experience as an independent exploration geologist and entrepreneur. Most recently John was the founder and Chairman of Kaminak Gold which was purchased for $520 million by Goldcorp Inc. in 2016.
