DS. It was a sell, they are bidding higher than the published bid, they appear to want your shares, but you can now buy 25k at 1.7p,....GL S

DS, NT is a negotiated trade, which can indicate the market have a shortage of shares and that is also what I was meaning by being light on the offer, the market has been bidding significantly above the published bid for in excess of a 1m shares, for circa a couple of weeks now, but not finding any sellers, .....GL S

A positive update and I thought this morning results and confirmation of being fully funded through to 2021 should add some robustness to the share price and probably one that is worth quietly tucking a few away for another day, ....GL S

OB, one element is set in stone, which is the cash, that is c$3m, out of which $1m is already in the bank account, the other part is ValOre share price dependant, which is the 25m shares, out of which 22m have been issued and are now registered on SEDI, at the present share value and the currency exchange rate, the deal currently is valued in excess of £7m, ....GL S
