Bf, there are a few people who are a lot closer to the detail TSX-v wise, who are also suggesting that ValOre are now potentially in a closed period, so your thoughts may well have some substance, it is also worth noting that there is a considerable number of warrants and options, that are in the money “so to speak”, so I am not totally convinced the board would place any further equity at this stage, but it cannot be ruled out, I do also wonder if they would consider divestment of one of their non priority assets, due to the considerable investment and focus on Angilak, Baffin and Pedra Branca, it was interesting to note a couple of days ago that one of their partners Roughrider, on the (Genesis Uranium asset) where raising funds to support an acquisition, so all eyes transatlantic for the next few sessions!,.....GL S

Is there a better positioned junior that has the resources, director equity engagement, element exposure, limited free float, than Jangada that is sub £4.5m mkt cap? , because I am unable to find one,.....GL S

Bf, I think the other key point to be mindful of, is the local refinery demand, which is very significant, circa 90% of Vanadium at the moment ends up in steel manufacturing and whilst a lot of focus is moving towards energy transition demand, this is still very early stage, so the demand will increase and this in some part is qualified by the Chinese State owned CCCC, investing circa $450m in new steel refinery capacity in the neighbouring state of Pará, so the local demand for Vanadium will increase substantially and Jangada are very much aware of this,....GL S

J, a fair point, what I would also read into this latest update and following the numerous other updates on the potential of Pitomberias, it is clearly becoming very apparent that this is an asset that could conceivably be in production at some point next year!, the game changer just took another huge step forward, so I for one will continue to be very patient and the mkt cap remains sub £4.5m, AIM is ridiculous at times,.....GL S

Bf, In a complete turn around of fortunes, following recent events the cash question is not so pressing with Jangada, they could probably participate regardless of what happens with PW, but the JV or strategic partnership would make good sense,....GL S

Bf, yes is the straight forward answer to that question, albeit we already know they are fully funded for phase 1 and phase 2 of the exploration and expansion of PB, which was part of the agreement negotiated with Jangada, but if those works justify additional works to expand the asset even further, then It is good to know that they have the network to leverage equity capital, should they need to do so,...GL S

I am sure most have picked up on this , as in the team who are behind ValOre and whilst this is off topic to some degree, it is just another example of the leverage these guys have in the capital markets, one of ValOre’s sister companies Great Beat completed a flow through PP last night, raising circa $14.6m with the support of Comark and Cannacord, which is the very same team supporting ValOre, so be in no doubt of these guys ability to develop world class assets, which we know PB is,.....GL S

It is understandable that PGM and especially Palladium receives a lot of attention, especially as a follow on to EUA’s spectacular rise in recent weeks, but I do believe one of the gems within the ValOre and Jangada portfolio is Uranium and especially taking into account the asset at Angilak, the volume of commentary in regards to a Uranium recovery is increasing by the hours and certainly is one to watch in the weeks ahead,....GL S
