Wiping out 100% shareholder value is classed as vote of confidence in the business. Where did he go to school?
It doesn't add up on current price of TUI. If you can buy Ri (most retail brokers don't allow you to buy) for £1.54 and get shares for £4.01 total cost is only £5.55. So you are loosing money with the current so at £6.50. More people buy RI then they will sell shares below the £6.50 and the so will be dragged down. If few people sell RI so will raise when it's all over.
Finally I have my RI after complaining this morning. I just had a call from the complaints dept and he said that I have the RI in my account. Whist on the phone I saw the right amount but the indicative price was 488p and the value close £20k. I had a shock so I tried to trade.... the trading page said its 4.88p but refused to get live price. So I told him what I saw. He is going to the trading team to investigate.
May be this £4.88 and 4to 5 euro may have some strange coincidence?
This morning tui was about £7.00 ie a equivalent RI price about £2.10. Now RI dropped to£1.50. Who ever buy RI now going to get TUI shares at discount. Best to buy the shares hold on for a while to get better price for it.
you can check the UK prices on this website under ticker TUIB. Where did you find the German prices? May b r unit of TUI shares may be different. it may have different multiple, similar to ADR in us is normally different to UK prices. Say BP, GSK etc.
SystemZero; You are getting too emotionally animated. None of the NHS management go out and order all new products regardless of how wonderful they are. You need to be patient for each Trust to make their mind up. It could be few month or even years. It all depends on funding available and prioritise the needs. Then there is the availability of the kits; which may present further delays. This is going yo be slow burn and Moston aim want yl quick bucks and hence the sell-off this morning. You either wait or sell and go.
Normally during RI period, RI price move in random to underlying share price. today tui so has moved down so is the RI. Best to sell both when the price is high and buy the shares when they drop. You need crystal ball to time it.
I get the feeling that this is definite as they mentioned that all will be done and dusted by June. That's. only 2 month to go. They have other already lined up the management team or almost there, otherwise they won't say by June. May be shares will be suspended before opening tomorrow.
Not everyone going yo be happy with sub £1. Some of us paid more for it.
To get £100m income one needs to expand ie require another raise. Not sure any grant is coming to GDR. It it is the case we would have already be informed by rns?
What I read recently the ROW assets are only worth only $500m. But if the creditors want to appoint their team to run the business; May be no need to sell any.
It's the same story appeared in the TV (test scroll on the right). Either ordinary shareholders wiped out or retain some shares. #It only say the CEO's family interest of 20% being wiped out
