The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
The SP will probably fall to the new share price because all wisemen sold their existing holding at the start and bought RI for as little as 30p. That means their share cost them about £5. So they will try and make profit. Those did trade earlier, sit and wait for years and with wind in their sails it may recover. Future is not certain as they may issue another RI down the road.
I have already more than 75% of my investment in this ****. Was too late as I was already down big time befor the consolidation
May it is the shorter closing?
Someone is buying 1 million shares in Cine. Does he know something which rest of us don't?
Wow lot of sand castle by the sea. We all been here before with many AIM stocks. AFC, ITEM ... again how big the hydrogen. Market? world is the limit.
Lot of AIM companies are good at initial stages of design and there SP balloons then a new product announced but no tangible sales. Share prices back to pennines.
Ideal situation (too late now) to sell immediately after RI and convert the RI and when new shares are issued initially the so drop. That is the time to top up more shares. I didn't do that when the RI for AML was issued; I bought the shares and only last month I managed to break even. This one also would take some time before catchup.
If you had bought RI yesterday at 37p ( only can buy at few brokers) you could have sold it for 99p today. almost 60% profit in one day. This is why these RI are not so good for retail customers who normally can only sell but not able to buy.
At the moment GDR can't stand on it's own feet. Until they do SP is not going to move up significantly. Having tec is not enough. Look at AFC, ITM, THG etc. All stuck or falling. They need significant sale/profit to move. When at R&D stage, SP generally move high in anticipation of sale/profit down the line. Now GDR moved past that but no real sales.
Same with AGC, ITM etc.
I think it was ill thought out RI. Company can't flock 8 for 3 and expect to shareholders fork out more money after already suffered heavy losses. My SP is down 75% and Tui board should be pushed out for stealing money. They could have sold extra shares directly to public and institutions without stupid RI
